The next morning Justin and Autumn woke up when the alarm went off.

"Why is the alarm going off baby?" Justin asks.

"I have a surprise for you." Autumn says.

"Oh yeah what is that?" Justin asks.

"Let's road trip to see Madison and Kris and Noelle and the kids." Autumn says.

"Oh I love that idea.   We can stop in each state along the way." Justin says.

"Yes we can." Autumn replies.

"I love you." Justin says.

"Well it kills to birds with one stone.   We can spend time together with the twins while we road trip and then we can spend time with Noelle and our friends when we get there." Autumn says.

Perfect." Justin says.

They get up and get dressed.    Autumn had everything packed already.    Justin grabs the luggage and takes it out to the car.    They get the twins into the car along with their dog.    They get in the car and head out onto the road.   They stop and get breakfast at the Washington/Montana line.    They eat and feed the twins and the dogs.   They let them wander for a bit before heading back into the car.    They continue on.   Their first stop in Montana was Yellowstone National Park.
As they entered Yellowstone, stop first at the Lower Loop's main attractions, such as Old Faithful and Lewis Lake.   They do Old Faithful first.   They get out and explore.   Autumn had the twins in their sling and Justin had the dogs leashed.   They enjoyed the views as they hiked their way down to Lewis Lake.    They saw a variety of different waterfalls and wildlife.   It was amazing.    Autumn was taking lots of pictures.     They arrive at Lewis Lake and take lots of pictures.   They stop there and have a snack.    They then hike back to the car.

From there, head toward Firehole River and Fountain Paint Pot.   Their radio guide goes into great detail to teach them about the park's history, geology, and ecology as they ride.

They keep driving through Geyser Basin to catch sight of Yellowstone Falls, and keep your eyes peeled for bison at Hayden Valley.
Once they had seen the whole park and Autumn got the pictures she wanted which included a family picture of them at the parks entrance sign they head out of the park and onto their next Montana adventure.

Next they head to Glacier National Park's Wild and Scenic border river, the Middle Fork Flathead.

They park and head out to explore with tjeu highly trained, friendly, and entertaining, interpretive river guides.   They love what they do and they will love tackling the river's iconic whitewater section — 9 named rapids — with them.

"Is this safe for the twins and the dogs?" Autumn asks.

"Yes it is.  Everyone will be provided a life jacket.   We have ones for babies and animals.   Also we are all well advanced swimmers." The one guide says.

"Yeah baby it's fine." Justin says.

They done life jackets and head out to start the tour.   They float a remote, relaxing stretch of river.   Then, their guide selects a secluded spot for a delicious, buffet style lunch.
After lunch, explore the whitewater of the John F. Stevens Canyon. These nine named rapids are typically rated class II and III. This is a fun and splashy adventure through pristine, glacially fed waters! Finally, float beneath Glacier's historic Old Belton Bridge. Autumn was in picture taken heaven.  Their adventure ends in West Glacier with a 5 minute bus ride back to our campus.

"That was fun and the twins and dogs loved it." Autumn says.

" It was." Justin says.

They hike through the rest of the park back to the car.   They get in and exit the park.  They head to their next Montana adventure.    They arrive and park at the  office where they take a 10 minute shuttle to our river access point, Moccasin Creek. From there, the guide will provide basic paddling and safety instruction while floating down a scenic tributary to the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. After floating 4 miles of beautiful scenic water along Glacier National Park and seeing breathtaking views, they enter John Stevens Canyon and tackle 9 named class 2 and 3 family fun rapids including Bone Crusher. Along the way, tje guide will tell stories of Glacier National Park and the surrounding area.   Once out of the water they head to the Village of West Glacier where they had a short walk back to the office.
They arrive back at the car and pile inside.   They then head out towards North Dakota.

"I have one more stop before we head to our hotel in North Dakota." Justin says.

"Okay." Autumn says.

He stops at the zoo.   He pays and they head inside.   They could bring the dogs as long as they were leashed.    They go inside and walk around.

"Another zoo off our bucket list." Autumn says.

"That is why I picked it." Justin says

During their tour or the zoo they see a variety of different animals.    Sadly they had no polar bears or penguins but they had a wolf sanctuary.    They took two hours to see the zoo from top to bottom.   When they finished they stop at the gift shop and get things for the twins as well as Noelle and the other kids.   They then head to the car.   They get in and head to the hotel.    A little bit later they arrive.   Justin orders them room service.

"Man thanks for the nice day so far." Autumn says.

"I had fun too." Justin says.

The food gets there and they eat.    Autumn then bathes and feeds the twins putting them down for the night.   They fed the dogs and gave them water.   Finally they both shower and climb into bed.    It didn't take long for them both to be out.
