Chapter 550: Practice/ Happy Birthday Anna and the Crosby quads

The next morning Justin and Autumn woke up when the alarm went off. Justin and Autumn get up and start to get ready.

"So it looks like we aren't traveling with the team this weekend. I am not playing later today and I more than likely am not playing Sunday." Justin says.

"Okay baby. But at least you played in one game during the preseason." Autumn replies.

"I know and it feels great. I missed a lot during the season last year cus of the injury.." JUstin says.

"Yeah. Well lets get to practice. Then Madison, Nadia, Taylor and I are taking Anna and the Crosby quads out for a bit so you guys can get the party set up." Autumn says.

"Okay baby.   Its going to be fun." Justin replies.

"Yes it will." Autumn says

They get dressed and then head down to the game room.   Everyone meets there.    Micah and Olivia were read as well.    They had practice.    They all head out to the car and head to the practice facility.    They arrive and park and head inside. Justin and the boys head into the locker room. Autumn and the girls head to watch practice.    Micah and Oliva went to join their team for practice also.   

"Happy Birthday Anna." Madison says hugging her.

"Yes Happy birthday to one of my nearest and deartest friends." Nadia says hugging her as well.

"Happy Birthday sweetie." Autumn says joining the hug.

"Yes Happy Birthday queen." Taylor says.

They all hug her tight.

"Thanks guys.   I really appreciate all of you and couldn't picture my life without you girls in it." Anna says.

"After practice we are dropping the boys off and then we are grabbing the Crosby quads and going out and doing something fun with all of you." Madison says.

The other girls nod their heads yes. 

"Sounds like fun." Anna says.

That was when practice started.   They sat back to watch.

"Why isn't Sidney on the ice.   Oh god is he hurt?" Nadia asks.

"Yes please tell me he isn't hurt." Taylor asks worried as well.

"Nadia, Taylor he is fine.   Coach wants to limit the work he puts in at practice.   So he isn't skating with the team.   He is skating on his own on the other rink." Madison says.

"That is good.   We need him." Autumn says.

"Yes we do." Anna says.

"He is fine." Madison says.

A little bit later practice ends.   Micah and Olivia's practice had ended as well.    They  go and wait for them.   A little bit later the boys and the kids come out.   They all head to the car and head back to Madison and Kris's.   They go in and grab Krissy, Madison, Sidney and Cole and then head back to the car.    They stop and have a light lunch.    They then head to the mall to do some shopping with a stop and build a bear so the kids could get something for their birthday.   They shop a little bit until the guys say it was okay to go home.    The load their bags into the car and pile in.    They head back to Madison and Kris's.   They go inside and the girls lead Anna and the kids back to where the party was.

"SURPRISE!" Everyone yells as they walk through.

"Awww wow." Anna says.

"Happy Birthday love." Geno says.

There was a chorus of Happy Birthdays for Anna and for the kids.     

"So we had it catered from your favorite food places here in Pittsburgh." Sid says.

"Aww wow.    This is amazing. " Anna says.

"Anything for you." Madison says.

"Yes now can we eat." Nadia asks.

They take the tops off of the food and one by one they all make a plate.   Kris had the game on.   Not that they were watching much of it.     They sit around eating and talking.    It was fun.    They decided to leave the food out in case they wanted more later.      They play games with the kids and take them through the obstacle course the guys had set up.     It was fun.    They then opened presents with the kids first and then Anna.    After presents they all sat down and ate more food cleaning it up.   Finally it was time for cake.      Anna and the Crosby quads blew the candles out of their cake.   Finally the party ended.   They cleaned up the mess and then head into the game room to do school work with the kids.    When that was finished they submit it and then watch a movie or two with them before tucking them into bed in their fort.      The adults head out to the fire pit and Kris and Sid light it.    The girls grab snacks and they sit around the fire.

"This is nice." Sid says.

"Yes it is fall is in the air." Nadia says.

"Yes it is," Madison says.

"Hockey is almost here." Kris replies.

"Yes it is so close yet so far away." Jake says.

"True fact." Taylor says.

"Thanks for an amazing birthday." Anna says.

"Glad you had a good one." Justin says.

"Yes we are." Autumn replies.

"Thanks for making Anna special. "Geno says.

They sit around the fire joking, chatting and just having fun.    They end up roasting hotdogs over the opening flames and then they make smores.   It was fun.    It was starting to get late so they called it a night. Justin and Autumn go and check on the twins and Noelle, Kissing then goodnight. Justin picks up JJ, Holly and Noelle and carried them up with them as they then head to their room. They get ready for bed and climb inside. Noelle and Holly were laying on Justin's chest. JJ was in between them. Autum picks them up for a bit and leans in to snuggling each of them, falling asleep.
