The Opening Act

Part 4. New Years Eve(part 1) ! - Jessica's POV-

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Jessica! Happy birthday to you!" The 5sos boys sang when I got out of the bathroom.

"Oh my god! You guys!" I blushed when I saw the decorated tour bus.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESSICA!!" The all sang.

"Thank you guys so much!" I smiled.

We all went in for a group hug.

"This was Luke's idea!" Cal blurted.

"Calum! Shut up!" Luke said biting his lip and looking at his feet.

"Really? Was this all your idea Luke?" I asked.

"Yeah..." Luke said looking up. His blue eyes sparkling.

"Luke! Thank you!!" I gushed pulling him into hug.

I guess I didnt hate him anymore. I think its time that I forgive and forget, and start fresh with my ex-bestfriend.

"Im gonna go get ready for the show." I said turning my backs to them.

And so I went and searched through my bags till I found IT. The perfect outfit. I chose to wear my pale pink and black high-low dress, and my studded black boots. I came out of the bathroom and the boys mouths fell open.

"What? Whats the matter?!" I said dramaticly, and checking my outfit.

"Y-you look... amazing!" Ash said.

"Hehe! Thanks!" I blushed.

I was about to grab my guitar and head on stage for my first show when, Luke grabbed my shoulder and spun me around.

"Luke. What are you doing? I gotta go." I said looking into his eyes.

"Jess, can we talk? After the show I mean?" He asked looking into my blue eyes.

"Yeah... sure." I smiled.

Now Im walking on stage for my first show, and Im not as nervous as I thought I would be. I walked to the middle of the stage to the mic stand and introduced myself.

I grabbed my guitar, and started strumming the cords to What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction. When I ended my first song the crowed went crazy like bats out of hell. It was awesome!!

"So now, Im gonna sing a song that means so much to me and is really close to my heart. Its called Let Her Go, by Passanger. I hope you like it!" I said and started playing. When the song finaly ended. I said my goodbyes and introduced 5sos.

"Now for the time you've all been waiting for!! Put your hands together and let me hear you scream for...... 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER!!!!!!!!" I screamed to the crowd who were now screaming so loud my ears were buzzing.

I ran off stage into the wings.

"Jessica! You were amazing!" Mikey said slapping my hand.

"Thanks! Good luck! Youll do great!" I said hugging all of the boys.

I stood watching in the wings. I was rocking out with the crazy fans. Wow! They have gotten better scince year 8!

They just ended their set and were running off stage.

"Holy shit!! What the hell happened to your voices?! You were amazing!" I cheered.

"Haha we grew up!" Mikey teased.

"Well you rocked! I loved every second of it!" I sqeaked.

We all laughed and went back to our dressing room. I had so much fun tonight! Suddenly, the door burst open. It was Kit.

"That was amazing! Now we have a birthday/New Years Eve party to go to now! Get changed and lets go!" Kit said.

So we did. Everyone got changed exept me. After the boys were done the 5 of us left for the party

Tonights going to be perfect!
