My mind is hazy, having already been taken into the realm of dreams without me ever realizing it.
I observe my surroundings, but everything seems to be endless black, like the complete opposite of the place I woke up in when I first lost all my memories.
I look around some more, trying to find some sort of a way out, and I keep running and running, trying to find a way out of here until I eventually find it. I hit a wall, my head crashing hard against it.
What is this place? I wonder to myself.
Suddenly I hear a loudly wheezing sound. I turn around to see that it's Blue. I furrow my eye brows in confusion. He looks as though he's choking, but there's nothing near or around him that seems to be choking him.
My eyes widen in fear as I see him continue to choke, his eyelids slowly fluttering shut.
"Blue!" I call out, hoping, praying, that just maybe I can save him.
He falls down to the ground, and I crouch down over him.
"Help!" I scream out, although I know that no one will ever hear me. I know no one can help him in this strange place. Everything feels too real.
"Please." I gently cup Blue's cheek, begging him to open his eyes and stay alive with me. "Please hang in there." I ask him, looking down at his limp body.
"Please be okay Blue." I beg, but Blue has no response. Suddenly I think of the nightmares he'd been having. I wonder if this is what he feels every night when he closes his eyes and his mind takes over.
I wonder if Blue feels this exact same feeling of hopelessness as he lays over my dead body, unable to save me and unable to find help.
The thought is almost worse than the thought of him dying.
