"So where does this Ink guy live?" I ask Blue, pacing back and forth, I practise conjuring the wires and then making them disappear as we talk.

Traveling small distances seems relatively easy so far, but then again I'm too afraid of getting lost in the white space to travel too far, although Blue insists that I could always just walk back, of keep traveling until I reached him.

I'm worried that if I travel distances too long, I might end up exhausting myself, and the last thing I need right now is to pass out again.

"Ink lives at the edge of the universe." Blue explains. "I know that sounds kind of vague, but I'm being entirely serious. This guys lives at the literal edge of the universe." Blue tries to explain to me.

I nod like I understand. "And where is the edge of the universe exactly?" I ask.

"Well, that's what I'm not too sure about." Blue pulls out a scrap piece of paper out of his pocket and a pencil.

He draws a bunch of circles. All in a straight line. "This is the entire universe, all the little worlds are ones just like this." Blue points to the little dots he's drawn.

"We-" he circles one of the dots. "Are here."

"And Ink-" he points to a dot a the very end. "Is here. In order to get to him," Blue gestures to all the dots in between the one representing us and the one representing Ink. "We would have to cross all of this. And the problem with that is, each day Ink creates new dots. Other worlds to travel to."

Blue looks up at me. "Do you get it now?"

I nod. "I think I do. And I think I know how to make my powers skip through the worlds."
