A girl walks in a field alone
She alone here because her boyfriend just left here
She walks watching the sunset set
She thinks of times she did and how they haunt her especially the child ex he has away from her
She walks and all the fruit rots
So she must hunt an animal so she won't go hungry
She looks down at the dead animal feeling sorry for it
She can't give up now
She runs through the field
Thinking of the child she must save them she can't let defeated
The field the same over and over

She doesn't let that stop her she match hard on to find the child
He can have whatever he wants but he can't have the child and her memories
She takes to the road and hitches back home
The car drives fast and she looks out the window crying and she sees the child Her fears coming again and loud the child dying the haunting fear of the ex is haunting her
She dries her tears and holds on to arm she can do this
"Mommy," the child says to her
She makes it the cabin
She bangs on the door with all the strength she has
The ex stands tall answer the door she can't tell that stand her she breathed in and moves past him and dodged through to the child
She grabs the child out harm ways running out if the cabin and laying the child down
She pets the child's face
A child who barely stable says "mommy"
