Chapter 38 - Romantic

"There it is." Taehyung smirked as he looked up to see the ride before him, hands still intertwined with the younger's to keep him in place. "The tornado."

"W-wait, I'm not sure if I- uh.."
"What, scared?"

"Well- yeah.." He pouted.
"Okay." Taehyung grinned as he pressed his lips onto his forehead.

"H-hm?"
"We'll just go play something else."

"Wait, really?"
"Yeah. In one condition."

"...."

"Kiss me."
"Here? In public? With many people walking around and-"

"Yes. Here. In public. Would you do it? You still owe me 3 chances-"

"No hesitation." He cupped the older's cheeks and leaned in, kissing his pouty lips. Taehyung giggled into the kiss, making him pull away with red cheeks and a smile on his face.

"Wow.." Taehyung grinned. "You actually did it."

They end up playing almost everything in the park, except the rides that looked too deadly and could scare the shit out of them of course. They get chills just by the thought of it.

"Want some cotton candy?" He offered the younger and he enthusiastically nodded.

Taehyung ended up buying Jungkook 3 of them with 3 different flavors because he loves his baby Jungkook and he wants to take good care of him and he wants him spoiled.

"Nyam. Nyam. Nyam." Jungkook said as he took a bite from each cotton candy. "I feel so spoiled."

"You.." Taehyung lightly pinched his cheeks. "You are, aren't you?"

They walked pass a store and a pair of plushie caught the younger's eyes. He stopped walking and tapped onto the older's shoulder.

"Hm? What is it?"
Jungkook pointed at the store. "Cute plushie."

"Are you the cute plushie?" He cupped onto his cheeks that was stuffed with cotton candy.
"Stop being such a flirt.." Jungkook kissed his hand.

"I know you like me being flirtatious." He smiled. They made their way into the store as Taehyung took a sip of his tea.

"Look!" Jungkook showed him a plushie and Taehyung choked on the tea. "What?" Jungkook pouted. "You don't like it?"

Taehyung shook his head and pulled the younger into a hug. "It's adorable, Kook.. That's so so adorable."

HE CALLED ME "KOOK".

They ended up buying the tiger and bunny plushie, Taehyung holding onto the bunny and Jungkook hugging onto the tiger one.

We're so cute god damn it.. Taehyung sighed.

"Oh!" Taehyung found paper hats sitting by the table. "It's free." He helped the younger put on the hat before putting one on himself too.

"We look stupid." Jungkook said as he sipped his tea.
"It said 'DATE' on it, how can I miss a chance like this?" He frowned and the younger hugged him, whispering quiet apologies to him.

They walked and walked and Jungkook then came to realize how happy he is. He turned to look at Taehyung, it was all because of him, he can finally feel so happy again.

Jungkook kept looking at him with a grin and Taehyung looked back at him with flushed cheeks.

"Yeah?"

Jungkook wrapped his arms around the older's neck, pulling him into a kiss.

Taehyung felt his cheeks burn.
