Yeah yeah, I know. Every fanfic has truth or dare in it, but I don't care. I can write what I want. ;) And there's a couple of swear words in this chapter. Do I even need to remind you guys? I mean, they swore in the movie so I guess it's okay...
Aiden's POV
I shifted around in my sleep as I heard voices talking. My head slowly rolled off the couch until I felt someone put their hand there. My eyes fluttered open.
Johnny, Dally, Ponyboy, Darry, Two- Bit, Sodapop and Steve were sitting in the living room with us. I shot up, embarrassed.
"Shoot! Did I fall asleep? Sorry!" I apologized. They probably had to be quiet, and that's tough for them to not talk. After all, it's a house full of rowdy boys. "No, it's okay." Ponyboy reassured me.
"Did you wanna sleep over? We've got the couch and a few beds." Darry offered. "Oh gee, thanks. That'll be great. I'll just chill on the couch here." I said. Man, these people were nice.
"Hey, you wanna come to mine and Soda's room? We're gonna stay up and chat since it's a Saturday night. Also, Johnny's stayin' over too." Ponyboy told me. I shrugged my shoulders. "Sure. Really, thank you so much, though." I replied.
I said goodnight to the other boys and headed over to their room with Ponyboy, Sodapop and Johnny. When I got inside, I observed the room. It looked like a typical boys room so I wasn't surprised. My room wasn't that neat, either so I didn't really care.
"So what do ya guys wanna talk about?" I asked. "Well we usually talk 'bout how life sucks and how we wanna move somewhere else." Pony said.
"Great. So instead of being depressed little boys, you wanna play a game?" I asked. "What kinda game?" Sodapop pondered and he sat on his bed. "Like Truth or Dare, Would You Rather, or if you want we can play Spin the Bottle instead." I was obviously joking about the last part, but they didn't catch it.
The boys looked confused. I raised my eyebrow. "Are you telling me you've never played Would You Rather? Or any of the games I said?" They shook their head. "Well you're missin' out on a shitton of fun." I stated.
"How do ya play would you rather?" Johnny asked. "Well, it's kinda self explanatory. One person picks another person in the group and asks them a question that starts with would you rather."
"Here's an example:" I explained. "Johnny, would you rather kiss Sodapop or Ponyboy?" Their eyes widened. "Uhh. Umm... Ponyboy I guess?" Johnny answered. I laughed.
"And that's it. The person answers and then asks a different person another question." I finished. "Okay. I get it now." Sodapop said. "Johnny ask me a question."
"Hmm... Soda, would ya rather break up with Steve or break up with Sandy?" He asked. Ooh damn Johnny. That's a good question!
Soda looked really shocked. "Uhh- umm. I-I don't know! Are we allowed to skip a question?" Soda asked me. "Yeah, but you're only allowed three chickens." I explained. Seriously, how do they not know this? "Okay. I'll use my first 'chicken' or whateva you call it." Said Soda.
We continued playing the game. After a while, I got bored. "How 'bout now we play Truth or Dare?" I offered. The boys shrugged their shoulders. I rubbed my hands together evilly. "Okay. Johnny, truth or dare?"
Time skip 3 months! Prepare for a cool transition...
"Truth!" Johnny answered. We were in Sodapop's room again. Except this time Pony wasn't here. He had gone to see a movie or something. Johnny's arm was around me again as he held me close. He'd been doing that more often and I gotta admit, I liked it a lot.
