dear jae eun,

this is my letter to you. i have always liked you. scratch that, i've always loved you. ever since that party at my house in seventh grade and we played spin the bottle. i just never acknowledged the feelings. little did i know, you would be my first kiss.

sure i'd wanted to kiss minah because i thought she was cute but you, you were breathtaking. you looked so shy after that small, short little kiss. who would have thought that in high school we'd end up fake dating.

i suggested the "fake dating" thing because let's face it, minah and i were not gonna last forever. seeing as all she would do was flirt with other guys within my presence. but with you, i always dreamed we'd be different.

i love you jae eun lowell. all of you. from the way you laugh, to how you hide your mouth while eating, to how your nose scrunches when you do homework, to your smile when i crack cheesy jokes.

all of it. i love you for you. i hope you realize that. i know in the contract we broke so many rules, especially the one where we weren't supposed to fall for each other haha. i truly do love you with all of my heart.

i'm glad to have gone through this with you. it made me realize my true feelings for you. my raw emotions. the heartwrenching feeling of seeing you with other guys. the happiness swelling in my chest when my eyes see you.
