Asuna's POV

"Why are you here? Shouldn't you be at school in Konoha with Kenzou?" mom asked me as soon as I entered the hide out. "I don't want to come back in Konoha anymore." I answered, anger is visible in my tone.

"And what's yo-- my goodness! Sweetie, what happened to you?!" mom shouted when she faced me. "Nothing." I mumbled. "Don't say that word to me, Asuna! You're wounded all over your body, who did this to you?!" worried is consuming mom as she comes near me.

I didn't dare to answer, I remained silent and just feel mom's touch that I missed. "Please, tell me who did this to you, Sweetie." she starts to plead. "Mom, I no longer want to go back in Konoha. I just want to stay here with you." I said as my eyes were closed.

"If that's what you want then it's okay for me as long as you're safe." she said as she kissed my forehead. "You need to rest and heal your wounds."

"Yes, mom." I replied. We walked together heading in my room. I rested there for hours while mom keeps checking for me every hour.

Sarada's POV

"Asuna is absent again." Mitsuki sighed in disbelief. "She should be. After what she did to the son of nanadaime." Inojin grunted. "Hey, don't be like that to Asuna." Chōchō defended.

"Don't defend her, Chōchō. Asuna is our enemy that should be put in jail." Inojin said. "I bet she has reason for doing that to Boruto." Chōchō shrugged her shoulders.

"Drop that topic already." I said annoyed. They all looked at me. "Maybe Asuna will come back and explain everything that will prove her innocent." said Mitsuki.

"No!" I shouted, "Asuna will never step her foot in here. She won't let us see her ever again."

Confusion are all over their faces. "What do you mean?" Shikadai asked. I sighed while thinking of the scenario yesterday. "We both saw each other and told me that she'll kill anyone who dare to follow her or hurt her."

"Seriously?!" Chōchō exclaimed. "It's because she let her hatred control her." someone said in a serious tone. "B-boruto?" all of us said in unison.

"I'm back." he said with a bright smile. He still have bandages from where Asuna striked him. Isn't he going to blame Asuna for what she did?

"I already make it clear to my old man that Asuna is innocent." he then said that made me shocked. "Are you really thinking straight, Boruto?! Asuna is our enemy for Pete's sake!" I raised my voice on him.

"She was just angry. Letting her emotions eat her up and it caused me my life just to calm her down. Asuna is a great person. Something was just wrong with her.." he mumbled while staring at me. It feels awkward.

"Is there a dirt on my face?" I asked. "Nothing." Chōchō answered. "I remembered someone." Boruto sighed. "Where's Asuna-chan?" he asked.

"Missing for a week." Mitsuki replied. "How did that even happen? I thought she's safe and resting in the hospital." Boruto said. "She's guilty." Shikadai said.

"She isn't. She will never be guilty for a thing that she didn't do." Boruto kept defending Asuna's side. "Even it's your life we're talking about here?" I sarcastically said.

"You'll understand everything soon." he mumbled and went to his chair.

Asuna's POV

"Mom." I called her as I went out to my room. I start to walk around to find mom but she's nowhere to be found. "Mom."

"Kenzou." mom said. "Is Asuna here?" uncle Kenzou asked and I hide myself from them. "She's taking some rest. Now, explain to me why she doesn't want to go back in Konoha and she's even injured." mom uttered in a serious tone.

"Asuna nearly killed the son of nanadaime. She even escaped in the hospital and went missing for weeks." he uttered. "She has her own reason why she did that. She's an Uchiha after all." mom said in a proud tone.

"Sasuke Uchiha talked to me." uncle Kenzou said. "Sa-sasuke?" mom's voice made me suspicious. "Yeah." he blurted out. "What did he say to you?" mom questioned, worry is visible in her voice.

"Why do you asked?" he asked with his suspicious tone but mom didn't answer him. It made my fist clenched. "N-nothing.. I just asked." she answered in a nervous way.

"I won't accept that as an answer, Karin. I know you're hiding something about Asuna's identity and the Uchiha family are relative of Asuna." uncle Kenzou uttered.

Mom was about to speak but uncle Kenzou speaks again, "I also read something about the Uchiha when we were staying in Konoha. There's only two Uchiha survivors living here and that's Sasuke Uchiha and her daughter Sarada Uchiha. Now tell me, why isn't Asuna there on the list and his father?"

What uncle Kenzou said made me froze from where I was. I didn't know what to do, I just stood there in shock waiting for my mom's answer again.

"I hid her, okay? No one knew about her except me and Suigetsu." she answered. That made me wonder why she didn't include my biological father. That's the time realization hit me.

"Why didn't you include my papa?" I asked showing myself to them. "I told you before that your--" I cut her off, "stop with those excuses, mom! But you should still include papa who knew about me even though he left us." I burst out my anger.

She didn't bother to answer me again. My head began to hurt. A memory suddenly appeared in my head causing me to fall down and burst into tears while still holding my head.
