The Lost Daughter Of Uchiha Family (ON-GOING)

Chapter 28 (Confession)

Asuna's POV

After the incident in the hideout we moved for the first time in my life. I grew up in that hideout and just because what happened we moved out. I remembered something about my papa.

"Sweetie, eat your lunch now. You haven't even touched your breakfast." mom said using her soft voice. "Is there something I need to know, mom?" I whispered.

"Come on, sweetie, eat now." she smiled. "Mom, what I need is about my real identity! About my real papa.."

"I told you already that he left us with his new family." mom said and I shake my head. "There are only three survivors left in the Uchiha clan, mom! Me, Sarada and Sasuke Uchiha.. Now, tell me. Is Sasuke Uchiha my biological father?" I said in a serious tone.

I saw the mixed emotions that mom never showed me before but she quickly discarded it. "You're wrong." mom mumbled.

I shook my head again. "This time, mom, you are the one who is wrong. I kept believing you when I lost my memory. I lost my memory because I found out abou my real father, didn't I?"

"He's not your father!" she said in anger. "Just tell me the truth, mom.. That's all I wanted.. I feel incomplete because of my unknown identity." I don't know what got into me but I feel like crying.

"Mom..." I sobbed. She sighed while slowly embraced me, "Asuna, sweetie, I'm sorry for raising my voice at you. I'm really sorry.."

"Mom, who am I?" my tears began to fall one by one. "Asuna.. Will you still love me after knowing the truth? Will you treat me the same?" she asked and I nod.

"I'm really guilty for lying to you all these years. What I did still hunts me every single day.. I'm really sorry." what mom said confused me.

"12 years ago..." she heave a deep breath, "your father came with your.. real mother." I froze on what mom said. "He asked me to help your mother because she's pregnant and it's too dangerous for them to continue travelling. I accepted his offer.. They stayed in the hideout until your mother gave birth."

"You were their first born, the first time I saw your eyes scared me. You parents can't even feel your presence that's why I hid you for your own safety." she said.

"They don't know that I exist? Am I their only daughter?" I asked. "You have a twin." she answered. "Who is she?" I am hoping that it's Sarada..

"It's not yet the right time for you to know." she mumbled but I shake my head. "Just tell me, mom." I uttered.

"I love you, Asuna Uchiha, always remember that." mom kissed my head and loosened her embrace. "Your real family is in Hidden Leaf Village." she smiled sadly at me. So, it's true..

"Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Uchiha are your biological parents, sweetie. Sarada Uchiha is your twin sister.. You are their long lost daughter."

I stayed silent for a few minutes, silently crying in front of mom who is also crying for telling me the truth. I should be mad at her but I can't.

"I should be hating you right now, mom." I mumbled. "But I couldn't. I still love you as my mom."

"I'll bring you back to them. I'll accept Sasuke-kun's punishment for taking you from them." mom said.

"You don't have to, mom. I'll explain and they'll understand." I wiped my tears away.  "But will they accept me?
They think that I am a clone."

"They will, sweetie. Sakura-chan will welcome you wholeheartedly for sure." mom reassured. "How are you so sure, mom?" I asked.

"You are her daughter." she smiled sweetly. "I love you so much, Asuna." mom said before hugging me again. "I love you too, mom, so much."

"So.. you are just here, Asuna."
