Asuna's POV

I am looking myself in front of the mirror that I bought when I'm heading home. I locked myself up in my room and uncle Kenzou went somewhere.

"I really look like her. Does mom know that's why she wants me to hide my face here? Why mom? Are we related to each other?" I sighed and hide the mirror where uncle Kenzou couldn't find.

"But that is also impossible, we have different moms yet we look the same." I whispered. "I'm going to mom this weekends. I'll talk to her about my real identity."

After our school, I packed all my things for going in my real home. With my mother, and I'll ask her everything that I need to know.

"Come on, let's go." uncle Kenzou said and we went out to our apartment. We are now heading at the gate of this village. "Why so sudden?" he uttered that made me a bit nervous.

"Wha-what?" I said in shock. "You heard me, lil girl." he sighed. "Is there something wrong? Tell me." he asked but I shook my head. "There's nothing to worry about, everything is fine. I just m-miss mom, I guess?" I explained and uncle Kenzou chuckled.

"That was unexpected, so unlike you." he sighed and started walking, heading straight to the exit of Hidden Leaf Village. I followed him from behind.

After our journey, we safely arrived in my real home. "Mom, we're home!" I shouted as we both entered the hideout. "Oh my, Asuna-chan, welcome back~." Akane-san welcomed me and gave me a hug. "Y-yeah." I mumbled and getting uncomfortable with the hug.

"Your mom is in the laboratory. And you Kenzou, come here with us. We will discuss something important." she said and then they left me. I walked slowly, heading to where mom is. Then, I saw her being focused on her work.

She faced me and was shocked when our eyes met. "Sweetie?!" she yelled and I closed my eyes for hearing a high pitched tone. "H-hey, mom." I approached. "What brought you here?" she asked me in her sweetest way as usual.

"I need answers on the questions in my head right now, mom." I said leaving behind the fear that I am feeling right now. I saw her surprised expression on what I said. "Wha-what is it, sweetie?" she asked me and I felt nervousness in her eyes.

"Why do I look like Sarada? Are they an Uchiha too? Are they our relatives from papa?" I questioned but she just remained silent. "Please, mom! Answer me. I'm so confused of why my face and Sarada's face looked alike! Is that the reason why you don't want me to see my face in the mirror?! Spill it out, mom!" I started to breath heavily because of this feeling that I can't name.

"Asuna..,sweetie." mom just sighed and hugged me. "I'm sorry for making you bothered of what you just knew. It's because.. when I was still carrying you here in my tummy.." she paused for a bit and sighed. "I used to crave for Sasuke's face that's why maybe you two have some resemblance." she then answered.

"Don't ever think anything that will bother you, sweetie. You will just make your head hurt if you keep doing that." she said and continued her work. Not the answer, I wanted to hear. Not even convincing.

I just shrugged my shoulders off. "I'll go back in Konoha tomorrow." I sighed and left her going in my room.

"It confused me even more." I lay on my bed and closed my eyes to rest myself because of the long way to get here. I'll just find answers for myself then.
