Everything started just fine. I ran off behind the stairs, far enough behind that I wouldn't be seen, but close enough to get out easily. I chased Ryan and Sophia down the hallway towards Jonah, then ran back to the library.
I got there just before Hannah, who didn't see me coming so she slammed into me, then I tagged her. "Sighs in Spanish," sighed Hannah. She went into the library, and sat down somewhere in the back.
Jonah came back a few minutes later, panting with both Ryan and Sophia with him. They sat down over by Hannah, and Jonah came over to us. "Where do you think Callan is?" I asked them.
"He's probably waiting for the right time to strike." Luisa whispered, leaning on the wall. "Ok, I'll go look for him, you guys stay here." Jonah told them. He started to walk out, but I'm stopped him at the door.
"No, I'll go. You've only known him for less than an hour. I've known him for a lot longer than that. I will know what he is gonna do. Be back soon." I ended my words with running out the door in front of Jonah.
I moved slowly, making sure that he had no way to here me. Right as I was about to sneakily turn a corner, I heard a boys monotone voice in my head. "I am your conscience, you will obey me." I jumped back. "Callan?" I said out loud. Callan poked his head out from behind another corner.
He flashed me a grin. "You guessed it," he said while still grinning. "I'm a telepath too!" "Uh... ok. Wow" I commented. "Ok. You can't tell anyone here yet. It's still way to young for normal elves to manifest."
He was still grinning. "I know. I won't. I just can't wait to tell everyone." "Yeah, it so cool! We could even practice together and stuff!" After saying that, I realized that we were still playing the game.
"Oh." I said, then steped over to Callan and tagged him. "Hey." He crossed his arms. "To bad, we'll talk more later after we go home, right now, we have to act like everything's normal." "Fine." He pouted, and we both walked over to the library.

After that round, we played a couple more rounds of BQ, then we went downstairs and had some mallowmelt. While we were eating, Jonah's mom hailed him and told him to come home.
After he left, we all decided to go home. Ryan was about to take out his home crystal, but I stopped him and told him, "We need to go with Callan." I said. So we both walked over to Callan, and leaped to Everglen.
When we got back, Callan brought us to his room. It was messy, as usual. "So Ryan..." I said. "We have something to tell you" Callan finished for me. "Um, ok?" He replied.
Me and Callan looked at each other, and Callans voice filled my head. Tell him. He transmitted to me. No, you. I replied. The argument went on for 30 more seconds before Ryan said, "you guys are having a telepathic conversation, right?" I looked back at Callan. I'll tell him. He transmitted.
"So..." Callan started, "I'm a telepath." Ryan looked surprised. "Wait are you serious?" He asked. Then there was silence for a second. "STOP! GET OUT OF MY HEEEEEEAAAAAAAADDDDDD" Ryan yelled.
I could hear someone coming up the stairs. Alden burst through the door. "What's going on?" He asked. Ryan was on the floor, holding his hands over his ears, and rolling around, and Callan was smirking at him. I looked at Alden.
"Callan manifested as a telepath and he's freaking out Ryan." I told him. He looked at Callan and said, "congratulations!" Ryan stopped rolling around and stood up quickly.
His face was red from being embarrassed. Callan started to giggle. Then he started cracking up and fell onto the floor. "I think it's time for you and Ryan to go." Alden said to me, leading us out of the room and closing Callans door. I pulled out my home crystal and me and Ryan leaped home.
Here's a really short chapter. The next chapter might be kinda fast because Ryan was complaining about how it's boring and we should go to Foxfire soon. So, yeah. Bai.
