Umm, umm, umm, umm i thought. "Yeah, we do." I said, cringing. I decided to transmit to Ryan, to see if he was close. Ryan? I need help. I'm in the girls treehouse. Everyone's here. Callan and sandor are down cuz of shadowflux. Get here FAST.
I hoped that Ryan could hear me. I decided to focus on the task at hand. "So, you learned how to control shadowflux better." I fake realized, buying myself some time.
"How do you know that term." He questioned sternly. I laughed, even though, like last time I saw him, I was terrified. "Wouldn't you like to know." I responded.
Suddenly, the door burst open and Tam was blasted with a meddler. "Thanks." I said, turning around to find Ryan, Linh, and Grizel. Ryan was holding the meddler. "Where are Robin, Dex, and woltzer?" I asked
"I don't know." He whispered. "They're probably fine." He didn't sound to sure. We then focused on starting to untie everyone, but then I realized, "We can't leap them all home. We have to teleport."
"Ok, I'll teleport us. You look a lot more extinguished." Ryan commented. I did feel really tired. Linh hadn't said a word the whole time. I walked over to her. "Don't worry." I said to her. "He will be alright." "I know." Was all she said, still staring at her twin.
"Ok, we're already pretty high up. We can just break the window and jump out." Ryan said with confedince. "Or," I started, sarcastically, we could just go out onto the landing and jump off of there, since we just have to stand on the rail and there's so much more space."
"Oh, right." Was all Ryan said. We gathered up everyone, including tam, because we needed him to take the shadows out of Sandor's and Callan's heads, and jumped off the rail.
We teleported to Foxfire, and rushed everyone into Elwin's office. We thankfully found him there, and we set everybody down. "Wow, what happened this time?" He asked, glancing over at bullhorn. Thankfully, he stayed sleeping where he was.
Before anyone could, I took the pink leaping crystal from Tam's neck, and used it to leap back to Alluveterre.
I got there to find Dex, Woltzer and Robin near the entrance, thankfully, but Robin had a huge cut in her side. "Oh thank god you're here Kelly, Robin's not looking so well." "Damnit, Damnit, Damnit." I muttered, then asked Dex, "how good is your levitation?" "It's ok, why."
"Because I don't have a leaping crystal to get to Foxfire." "Is everyone already there?" "Yep, and we need to go fast. How long has she been loosing blood?" I asked. "About five minutes." Woltzer responded "great, just great." I said sarcastically. "Now, I need you to help me levitate all of us, I'm not that good."
"Ok" and we started lifting off the ground. Dex's levitation was good, but I helped do that we wouldn't all come crashing down. As soon as we were all high enough, I told Dex, "this is good, drop us." And he did, while I teleported us out.
The sky split and suddenly we were back at Foxfire. Woltzer carried Robin in, while Dex and I ran in ahead. I went in to find everyone around Tam. Elwin was holding a bottle to his lips.
Once he poured it in, he noticed I was here. "Kelly, where did you go?" "Back to get Dex, Robin, and Woltzer. Robin has a bad wound in her side." At that moment, Woltzer walked in with Robin and put her on the third cot.
"Yep, that's bad. How long has she been losing blood for?" Elwin asked, checking out Robin. I responded, "About five minutes." "Ok." Once Elwin had Robin all bandaged up and had her take a ton of elixirs, Tam has started to stir.
Everyone surrounded him, and Elwin tied his hands to make sure he couldn't summon shadowflux. He groaned and sat up, looking around. As soon as he was able to think clearly, Elwin commanded him to get the shadows out of Callan and Sandors systems.
"Alright. I will. I would have anyway. I just needed to make sure that they weren't listening. Seeing as you disposed of my cape, we're good." Tam assured everyone. Then walked over to Callan, putting his hand on his head.
A few seconds later, something black slithered out of the room. After Tam walked over to Sandor, and did the same thing. Then Elwin sent Tam and Linh home, telling Linh to 'do what you wish with him'.
"You guys should probably hail you're parents." Elwin commented, starting to treat Sophie's wounds. "I'm assuming that they weren't involved. "No." Answered Ryan. Then he pulled out his imparter to hail Edaline. Then after a very extra conversation, Ryan put away the imparter to hail Alden, then Kesler.
A few minutes later, all the parents came rushing into the healing center. "Woah, it's getting crowded in here." Elwin noted, he was just finishing on Keefe, who he did last, and once he did finish, he described everyone's injury's.
Apparently Sophie, Keefe, Biana, and Fitz's physical injuries were mild, and could all go home tonight. Callan and Sandor would also be fine. Mia will stay here for the night, then go home and rest in bed for a week, like the same treatment keefe had after the sparring match.
So once Kesler and Dex leaped home, Elwin said, "Wait, Kelly and Ryan, I want to give you two quick check ups." He flashed multi colored orbs over both of us, and when he got to me, he said, "hmm." I responded "good hmm or bad hmm."
"Neither. I just see some very over active brain cells. I thought it was just a result of human pollution, but I guess not." "Oh, that must just be my A.D.D." I responded. "What's that?" Elwin asked.
"Oh, you really don't have it here in the lost cities? Well, it stands for Attention Deficit Disorder, and it basically means that I have overactive brain cells. I have a hard time paying attention."
"Ok, well, that's fine. I was just curious." "It's fine." And with that, I leaped away with Grady, Edaline, Sophie, and Ryan.
Ok, so, your welcome for this amazing chapter. *bows*
I will be introducing some new characters next chapter, so yay.
