In the morning I got up to see Sophia and Luisa had already gone to breakfast with Robin. I got dressed and went to eat. Everyone was there except Callan. "Where's Callan?" I asked Mr. Forkle. "He just went to sleep." I looked at him. "His training went all night. He completed it, but he's so disoriented he hasn't realized it that it is morning," Mr. Forkle said this with an almost smug tone.
A few minutes later I was done eating, when I saw a Callan coming to the table. He was wrapped up and hunched in his brown cloak so we could only see his face. He had very dark circles under his eyes, and almost looked like a zombie. "Oh, hi guys," he said. "Did you guys know it's morning already?!" "So crazy I know right!" We all looked at him really weirdly as he picked up something that resembled a croissant and stalked off to his room, laughing to himself and grumbling something about spinning.
"Ok," I said. Ryan went back to check on him and work on the fake weapon and the real one. Me and the other girls decided to see what cool things we could do with guster powers. First we tried flying, which actually worked. It was so cool to fly above everything. It was like I was the sky and nothing was the limit. "Woo hooo!!!" We all yelled, then I yelled, "THIS HAS LITERALY BEEN MY DREAM SINCE I WAS SEVEN. I saw Callan in the boys room pointing at us and jumping around like a little boy. He was still a little crazy from spinning and he was Callan anyway, so he took Ryan's wrench-thingy and smashed open the window.
Before anyone could stop him he jumped out. I caught him with my powers. "Wwweee hoooo!!!" He cried. I face palmed while still hovering in the air like captain marvel on the poster picture. "How y'all doin, this feels amazing!" He yelled. Luisa sighed and Sophia fell on the ground laughing. I put him back down in his bed with my powers and poured a sedative down his throat. He was out cold in seconds. We flew around for a bit, until we figured out that eventually I would run out of steam and drop us very far.
When we got back down Ryan was sitting on a bench, fiddling with a gadget. He would light some fire to melt a wire every once and awhile. "What's that?" I asked.
He looked up. "Oh, it's nothing really." "I just needed to clear my head." I nodded. "Any ideas for what you're gonna make for the Neverseen?" He nodded. "I'm thinking of making a type of blaster of some kind and the fake would backfire on them and explode in their hand." Callan gave me that idea when he was finger gunning the ceiling last night on his break." "How's Callan doing anyway?" I asked. "He'll be fine," Ryan replied. "He finally completed his training without throwing up, so that's always nice."
We spent the next few hours doing nothing but watch Gacha Life on my laptop that mr. forklift had so kindly gifted my from my old life(it's crap I need a new one.). At lunch time Callan was absent and also at dinner. I confronted Mr. Forkle after dinner. "Last night me and Ryan made an agreement with Grady. We said we would move back in with him tomorrow, and I assume everyone else is coming with us." Mr. Forkle nodded. "That's fine, since Foxfire is starting in a few days." "Oh yeah," I hadn't thought about Foxfire for a while now.
"Now go to sleep."
The next day, Callan was back and running. "Yeah, let's move people, back to Everglen and Havenfeild, and Rimshire!" We said goodbye to Mr. Forkle and Blur. It seemed that the other parts of the Collective were out doing something else. We also changed back into our Elvin clothes and Callan kept our cloaks and black shirts and pants. We decided he would keep them safe until we needed them.
Around 10:00 me and Ryan arrived at Havenfield. Callan gave them a good scare when he levitated (with Ryan's help since he doesn't have that type of concentration) and teleported right in front of Grady and Edaline with a big boom of thunder. After that he went into the void, back to Everglen.
Edaline pulled us into a big hug, while Grady just kinda patted us on the back since that would have been really awkward. "Oh, Ryan, Kelly I missed you so much," she said. Grady echoed the same thing.
