fractions, she was daydreaming about random things, like Minecraft, and pizza...
I woke up to the sounds of Grady or probably Edaline lassoing a dinosaur. It was pretty early so I decided to play hangman with Rayelle. Of course she was a computer so she always got it. Even when I wrote words like: extraterrestrial or, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. When the roaring and yelling stopped, I went downstairs to eat breakfast. Edaline was pulling neon feathers off of Grady, and he was writing in some scrolls. "Oh, hi Kelly." Grady said when he looked up from the scroll. "Can you get Ryan?" "Uuuuh, sure" I replied.
I ran upstairs and opened Ryans door. He was doing alchemy. "Hey, um Grady wants to see us" "Oh ok" He said, getting up from his table, and walking to the door. When we got downstairs, Grady stood up with feathers still in his hair.
"So the council has decided that you are going to attend Level 2 in Foxfire." He said. "Wait what?" Ryan asked. "We're only 10! Well Kelly's 11 but..." Grady cleared his throat. "They felt you had exceptionally good skills and knowledge."
We stood there in silence and I was celebrating in my head. "Um, I'm going to everglen, ok?" I asked. "Ok, have fun!" Edaline said. I started to walk to the Leapmaster, when Ryan came up behind me. "Hey, Kelly, I have to show you something." "Um, ok?" I said. "Let's go to Callans first."
"Ok?" We walked to the Leapmaster and I shouted "Everglen!" The crystals moved and we stepped into the beam of bright light.
When we got to the door, I knocked. Callan immediately opened it . He waved his hand signaling that he wanted us to come inside.
Once we got to his room, he sighed. "I've been trying to avoid Alden and Della because they got suspicious about the dream. So, what are you here for?" He asked. "Ryan has to show us something." I informed.
"Um, it would be better if we went outside." Ryan said. We tip-toed outside, and callan led us to a clearing surrounded by trees.
"Ok, it would be better if I just showed you" Ryan said. He held out his hand and blue flames erupted from it.
"Your a Pyrokinetic?" I asked. Ryan looked down. "Um, yeah..." "How long?" Callan asked. "It happened after I got captured. Something must have triggered it." "Does anyone know?" "No... Except for you guys and Marella."
We kept prodding Ryan for questions until the sun went down. Fitz came over to us. "What's going on here?" He asked. "Ryans a Pyrokinetic" I answered quickly. Ryan shot me a look of annoyance.
"Wait really?" Fitz looked like he didn't believe. Ryan closed his eyes and formed a flaming bird in the air. "Wow, I've never seen anyone with that much control" Fitz commented. "Well, I came out to ask you if you want to stay for dinner." "Uh, sure" Ryan said. "Yeah" I said.

Dinner was uneventful. When we were done, Alden told us to meet him in his office. It was about a minute before he spoke. "It has come to my attention that you had a dream. All of you" We all nodded. "We would like you to stop researching dreams, because we don't want you getting hurt." I rolled my eyes. "It has also come to my attention that one of you has another ability. Ryan? What's your new ability?" "It's... um... Pyrokinesis" He answered. Alden sighed. "Do we have to tell the council?" Ryan asked. "No" Alden answered. "Your free to go now."
We all shuffled out of the room, and went home.
I woke up to banging coming from above me. I jumped off of my bunk bed and grabbed my imparter. "Show me Ryan" I said. It took a while, but he eventually picked up. "What do you want?" He asked. "I'm tryin to watch Friends" "I heard banging near your room" I explained. "Yeah me too, that's why I'm watching tv" "Oh, ok" I said.
I hung up. About a minute later Sophie came into my room. "Hey Kelly I heard banging in your room and came up to tell you." "Wait, I heard it in Ryans room" I commented. We decided to go up to Ryans room to investigate.
When we got up there, we went into Ryans room, grabbed his remote and paused it. "Hey! What are you doing?" He asked. "Ssssssh" Sophie said. "Listen" We listened for a while when I realized that the banging was coming from the area in Ryans room that was dark. I walked there and the banging got so loud that I couldn't bear it.
"There's a ghost," Ryan whispered. I looked at him like he was crazy. Then Callan stepped out of the shadows.
