❝oh my irene! don't scare me like that!❞ donghyuck placed a hand on his chest after mark suddenly entered his classroom which only has him in it since everyone had either left for their next class or to eat lunch.

❝isn't it supposed to be 'oh my god' not 'oh my irene'?❞ mark asked after sitting down on the desk in front of donghyuck's.

❝well, if you know this minecraft youtuber aphmau, you'll know what it means.❞ donghyuck rolled his eyes after catching the older staring at him intently before starting to cough.

❝you know minecraft?❞

❝of course! who wouldn't? almost everybody's childhood game is minecraft and our author is one of them.❞

❝geez, you and your random choice of words to describe something. let's just go to the cafeteria.❞ the older said as he pulled donghyuck out of the classroom.

❝can we at least first go to my locker? i need to get something from there.❞ donghyuck said while doing his infamous puppy eyes at his crush and he wouldn't lie, he's cringing so hard at what he is doing.

and mark being a whipped one for his donghyuck just nodded and made their way to the younger's locker.

after donghyuck entered the passcode of his lock, he immediately opened his locker and searched for an envelope. ❝seems like he wont be giving me one.❞ the tanned male mumbled to himself after seeing that there wasn't any envelope to be found.

❝let's go?❞ donghyuck said after closing his locker and pulling mark with him to the cafeteria to join their friends that's probably already waiting for them.

while on there way to the cafeteria, a crowd was starting to form in the middle of the hallway, blocking the two boys' way. donghyuck glanced at mark for a second before going to the crowd to see what was happening.

if there's a fight going on, he needs to stop it right this instant. he's the president student council and he needs to do his job.

❝what's happening?❞ donghyuck asked as he tried to get through the crowd of students. some had their phones out, some were whispering things about what was happening and some were even chanting, "fight! fight! fight!". basically, almost all of them doesn't care.

❝minjing stop!❞ donghyuck heard a familiar voice from where the fighting was happening and he was sure it was nari.

once he was saw who was fighting, he didn't hesitate to pull away the girl who was punching the girl below her to death. ❝hey! stop!❞

❝no! she bullied my sister and called her names, she deserves to be beaten!❞ minjing shouted as she tried to get out from donghyuck's grip.

❝you could've just told me that! and i could've had reported it to mr.kim. we're friends, remember?❞ donghyuck said and the girl slowly started calming down. once donghyuck was sure that minjing had calmed down, he slowly let go of his grip on her arms and nari quickly went to them.

❝you're such a troublemaker.❞ nari whispered as she tried to touch minjing's bruise on her cheeks. ❝geez, dad will probably add more once we get home and sees you.❞

❝you two are sisters?❞ donghyuck suddenly butted in their conversation.

❝half sisters.❞ nari answered. ❝well, thanks for you help hyuck. i'll take it from here.❞ the girl bowed at donghyuck before dragging her sister to the clinic.

❝well, then.❞ mark, who had been standing beside donghyuck after the crowd had disappeared earlier, cleared his throat which completely startled donghyuck once again.
