❝hey,❞ mark stopped donghyuck from walking away from him. ❝talk to me, please.❞ the older whispered as he tried to make donghyuck face him.

as much as donghyuck wanted to talk to his boyfriend, he can't, he can't face him right now, he just can't after remembering that mark and nari were the reasons he was so depressed before meeting lee yijun.

speaking of yijun, donghyuck had been neglecting the baby for some time now and thinking about it, the boy felt guilty. he should just probably give yijun to his biological father, at least in that way, yijun wont be neglected anymore.

❝did i do something wrong?❞ mark asked, snapping donghyuck from his thoughts. the younger shook his head and tried to get out from mark's hold. ❝then why?!❞ the older suddenly shouted, startling donghyuck and catching some of their classmates' attentions.

❝why are you ignoring me for the past few days?!❞ mark desperately wants to know donghyuck's reason. he can't stand not talking to his sunshine, not when he finally can say to everyone that donghyuck is his. he had been wanting to be with donghyuck ever since and when he finally decided it was time to confess (even though donghyuck was still in a relationship but mark couldn't care less to be honest) nari just had to find it out and ruin it.

she threatened to hurt donghyuck if mark ever confesses, even though she loves donghyuck. later on, mark found out that donghyuck had enough of nari's shits and broke up with her. a day after, donghyuck came out to them.

that day, mark will never forget how happy donghyuck looked. he was finally free, he was out from nari's dungeon and mark finally has a chance with donghyuck.

❝mark, please, just leave me alone.❞ donghyuck begged, still trying to get rid of mark's hold on his wrists.

❝fine. but promise me to meet me by the park near your apartment later.❞ mark said and donghyuck just nodded. when mark was about to let go, the boy quickly held donghyuck's wrist once again as he said, ❝bring yijun with you.❞ before finally letting go of donghyuck.

mark then took out his phone and called someone. ❝hello?❞ the boy spoke after getting his call answered.

"what is it mark?"

❝ah... hyung, remember what i told you last time at your party?❞ mark asked and he just heard a hum from the other line as an answer to his question.

❝well, i think i'll do it today.❞ mark said and he heard his hyung choking, probably on his drink. ❝please help me prepare. meet me by the park near donghyuck's house later after school.❞

"a-alright. i'll tell mom and dad."

❝thank you so much taeyong hyung! you're honestly the best hyung!❞

❝hey hyuck, let's walk home together.❞ minjing said once their teacher went out of their room. the boy just nodded as he was too busy packing all of his things inside his bag.

after donghyuck was done, that's when he realized something after processing what minjing had told him earlier. ❝hey, isn't your house's direction opposite from mine?❞
