Steam rose as the spray from the shower hit the bathtub. I made sure I'd locked the door properly before getting undressed, piling my clothes on top of each other in a corner.

After removing my underwear as well, I stepped in under the shower and nearly flinched at how warm the water was. I grew accustomed to it soon enough, however.

I ran my hair under the water a couple of times, closing my eyes as a few droplets passed over my face. When I started to rub in shampoo, my mind travelled to the others. How would I deal with them at school?

She's ours. That's what he's said. I was supposed to be mad, and I knew that. I was supposed to slap him and say that wasn't owned by anybody - but that wasn't how I felt and that wasn't what he'd said.

The words brought a sense of belonging to my heart. I wasn't owned by them, I was a part of them. Even though the thought of associating with creatures like that terrified me, they didn't. They weren't just vampires, they were people.

I snorted. Maybe not Jungkook. But Hoseok and Jimin weren't monsters. Even if they brought down the sky and splintered mountains, they would never be anything but Hoseok and Jimin.

Despite my attempts to stop overthinking, Jungkook's words returned in my head over and over again and Taemin's were there to counter each one. I didn't know what to think about all this. I needed more time.

Eventually, I dried myself off and put my underwear back on.

I need to message Hoseok a-

Oh no.

Grabbing my head, I stumbled backward and crashed against the tub.

"Oh, Jesus Christ..." I gripped the doorhandle, twisting the key in the lock as I almost fell out the door. The headrush was inhuman in strength.

I grabbed my phone, shaking as I called the first person I could think of. My jaw started to twitch erratically, and I prayed that Jimin would pick up as soon as possible.

"Hello? Who's this? I'm sorry, there's a bit of an emergency here, so if you could make it quick..." his soft voice said, and I swallowed. "Jimin? I n-need...help," I mumbled. "Rotating rooms aren't really... I don't think it's good." I lied down, looking at the turning ceiling as I desperately tried to calm my mind.

"Y/N? What's wrong? Tell me where you are," he said sternly, the rattling of key prominent in the background. "Home. Everything's weird. Spinning. I feel sick," I swallowed. "I need you, Jimin." If I had been in the right state of mind, I would've blushed at that, but I couldn't quite fathom what I said.

"Okay, uhm... Crap, just hold on, I'll be there. Just don't fall asleep. Do you have a bathtub? Somewhere wet?" His breaths sped up, and a door slammed shut. "Yeah... I feel really bad, Jiminnie."

"Go to your bathroom, close and lock the door, and get in the tub. Fill it with cold water, not warm. Is there a window in there? If so, open it completely."

I shambled over to the bathroom. "Okay. Hurry, please."

"Y/N? You okay, sweetheart?" Dad asked from downstairs. "Y-Yeah!" I yelled back. "I just didn't wash the conditioner out properly, dad!" Just as he replied, a beeping filled my ears, and I realized Jimin hung up.

I all but fell into the tub. I turned on the shower, turning the temperature to the coldest setting. It took me a few seconds to understand why he wanted it to be cold, but then I got it.
