Hello!
It's been a while since the last upload of a chapter, and I haven't really mentioned anything about the sequel to this.
Before you think that I'm cancelling, I just want to say that I do plan to continue the Dark Huntress series. But the thing is, I made this story way too complicated for myself. I have a terrible work memory and every time I reread this story I find more and more plot holes. It's like reading it for the first time.
So, dear reader, I'm planning to rewrite this story from start to finish. I realized at some point during writing the sequel that I seriously struggle with making this story make sense because there is so much that isn't explained and that just happens for no good reason.
To every person that has stuck with me so far and waited patiently for the sequel to your adventure with BTS, thank you. This story's plot line will remain the same, don't worry. The major events will stay exactly the same, but certain things will be changed to make it easier to understand for both me and you.
Primarily, these changes will affect:
-Y/N's power (specifically how it works)
-Y/N's heritage and family life
-How huntresses and halfbreeds work
-A lot of the grammar
-Jungkook's behavior (With the edit, it will be more coherent than before, and hopefully a bit more romantic. I'm still keeping in the juiciest scenes, don't worry)
-The incredibly small amount of the characters' chemistry being demonstrated
Think of the current upload as a beta version compared to what will actually be canon later.
I really hope everyone respects my decision to do this. I work pretty quickly when I first start so expect every chapter to be down (starting today) for a few days before I start publishing them again. Think of it as reliving the upload period! Except that it's shorter.
This story means a lot to me, as it is the first proper stories I've written (and the longest). I promise that I'll work hard until it's complete and I'll do my best.
