Phil loves your eyes just as much as he loves your smile. They seem to change with everything you do.
When you are reading: Phil loves to watch your eyes when you are reading. They hold every emotion you have.
Shocked: When you are shocked by something they widen in a way he's never seen before and you look so shocked he wants to laugh, but he doesn't because he knows that if he does you might think he is laughing at you personally and he doesn't want to hurt you.
Funny: When you are reading something funny your eyes seem to smile and laugh at the words on the page before the rest of you does.
Romantic: When you are something you find romantic your eyes seem to sparkle and Phil can already see you planning on trying it out.
Sad: When you reading something sad your eyes go all misty and show so much sadness. He is amazed by how much emotion is being conveyed, but at the same time he wants to hug you and try to make everything happy for you again.
When are shopping and you see something you really like: Phil loves it when you are shopping and something catches your eye. You get this look of excitement like "Ooooh I love it!" and your eyes sparkle with excitement. For this reason he often wants to get you something that he know you will like or take you different places just to see your reaction.
When he comes home: Like your smile your eyes seem to say it all.
When he tells you he loves you: He loves saying this, because like your smile your eyes take on this special look of love and adoration.
