"What do you really want?" Katzumi asked as guards came in unlocking her shackles

"Fine you caught me.The Fire Sages are pressuring me to get some grandchildren so that when we win this war we have a strong empire, and having heirs are the backbone" Ozai explains

"What do you mean?"

"What I am saying is that you need to have children. I have already found a suitable fit for you" Ozai ends.

Katzumi looked up in surprise

"Did you really think you could escape your destiny?" He asks

He was right. Back on the ship with Zuko and Iroh she had got a letter for her and only her. It was a letter from Ozai telling her about her having an arranged marriage. Thats why she was so eager to leave. She was running away from her unwanted destiny

But Katzumi already loved someone else; Aang She loved Aang.

"I really don't have a choice do I?" Katzumi looked up.

"No you don't. You also need to fulfill your duties as a woman. When we win this war, we need a strong dynasty"

"Well what about Azula, She's a girl" Katzumi asked

"Azula will be my new Firelord while I become the Phoenix King. Zuko is a lost cause"

Katzumi looked up in suspension. The tension in the room was thick even the soldiers were uncomfortable

"Oh you haven't heard?" Ozai Smiled

"He left with the Avatar. He left you" Ozai said. Katzumi looked down in sorrow. He did, He's finally cracked through.

"Such a shame everyone you trust just.... Leaves. Such a pity." Ozai smiles as tears poured down Katzumi's face. She was crying because some part of what he said.. Was true. Or at least she believed so

"I- But I love someone else" Katzumi looked up with tears in her eyes

"Love? Who.. That water tribe warrior" Ozai asks but Katzumi shakes her head

"....The Avatar?" He asks again but instead of shaking her head Katzumi falters on what she should say

Ozai lets out a large laugh.

"Why would the Avatar Love you. You must have forgot what we did to see his people, He only wants you for the power" Ozai explains. Katzumi bows her head crying silently.

She tried to let it get to her but it did, Everything she knew and believed was being tested.

"Now Leave, I'll see you at your ceremony"

And with that The soldiers lifted her to her feet and helped her out the bunker.
