When 17 year old Emma breaks her leg during cross country practice everything's goes down hill. She used to be the best runner on the team, but now that she is in a cast for a few months she can't run.

"I'm back!" Skyler sang as she walked into the living room. She was sweaty and a bit too happy.
"What happened?" I questioned her.
"Well, Brooks invited Payton to Natties. So I'm inviting you to take out last ticket." She smiled. My jaw dropped. I have never been to Buffalo, New York. Let alone New York!
"What do you say? You in?" She asked.
"Yes I am so in!" I grinned. I can't believe she gave me her last ticket. "When do we leave?"
"Saturday." She answered me. I am beyond excited.
"Also on Friday I'm going to a party with Payton. If you want to go. If not you can stay here and make sure I get home. Then we can have a sleepover and leave bright and early on Saturday. We leave at 4 am." She informed me.
"I'm down to help you get ready for the party. I'll just stay here while you kick it with that hottie of yours." I teased her. He slapped me with a pillow.
"Emma!" She squealed. We both giggled.

It is now Friday and Emma and I are scavenging for something cute to wear to the party. Emma pulls out under armor joggers and a Nike shirt. My jaw dropped.
"What are you? Some sick human?" I screeched.
"What? It's cute." She smiled innocently.
"You can't pair Nike and Under Armor together! That's like breaking the law!" I shouted. "Also why would I wear that to a party?"
"I would wear it." She shrugs then puts the two bag.
After ten minutes of searching I found a really cute burgundy lacy tank top and a white skirt. Emma did my hair with some braids and curled it. I put on a pair of black heels that have some type for ribbon on it.
