I stepped out of the hospital, the sunlight kissed my arms. I'm in the Lycan Kingdom, Snowdust's wolf den. She must have brought me here for safety. I have to find her. I walked around and studied the areas. Then, a flash of memory jolted me. I flinched and moved a step backwards. "I fought a corrupted wolf. Snowdust, she was there." A thought had entered my mind, "She might be in the palace."

I sprinted with my feet, towards the magnificent palace. While I entered, I overheard whispers from the guards. "Princess Snowdust escaped the chamber.." The guard mumbled.

I turned around facing the guards, "What chamber?" I asked. I felt that Snowdust was imprisoned of some sort. A punishment is a possibility, but how?

The guards stared at each other then stared back at me. "Princess Snowdust was punished for having you injured. That's what we have heard. We apologize for that." The wolf guard bowed and resumed with his duty.

I continued on around the palace. Along the hallways I've walked, there was only silence that filled the air. I sighed, "Where are you Snowdust?" I reminisced the time when she and I were in her art room. She painted an empty canvas, turning it into something complete. I stared at those eyes, they were fixated on the canvas. Her face when she saw the results, it softened my heart.

I had entered the throne room, Queen Samantha and King Cole were discussing sternly. Their faces seemed to have disappointment and perturbation written all over it. I ambled towards them, nearing myself. Their voices grew louder as I become closer.

"COLE, she ran away! You visited her that night and told her your... words!" Queen Samantha argued. The conversation seemed to heat up.

"Why would you lock our daughter in a chamber? Don't you want to know how it feels like to be in there? All alone?! I went in there to encourage her! What is wrong with that? Is it wrong to be a father?!" King Cole raised his voice.

"She did something! What will Prince Gerald's family think of us now? They'll think that this 'mistake' is a reason why Snowdust is incapable of being queen of this kingdom." Queen Samantha answered.

"I apologize for interfering.." The sound of my voice caused both Queen Samantha and King Cole to halt their conversation. They paused to look at me with a shocked face.

"We apologize for what our daughter has done. We are very sorry that you'd have to see and hear us." Queen Samantha looked down. King Cole lowered his head.

"No, no. It's okay. I just wanted to know where Snowdust is," I responded, gazing at Queen Samantha.

"Cole and I have no idea where she is as of now. The wolf guards are trying to investigate and look for her. Even her personal assistant isn't present. I'm worried, she might be in danger right now." Queen Samantha furrowed her eyebrows. King Cole placed a palm on her shoulder, "It will be okay. We'll find her soon." His words tried to reassure her.

"I'm sure your daughter is out there. Alive." I said.

"Hopefully. If she's not, I don't know what I would do. I might be the next unstable person," Queen Samantha trailed off and suddenly cried out tears.

King Cole placed his arm around her and slowly brought her to a seat. Queen Samantha sat and buried her face in her arms. I decided to give them time alone.

I exited silently and began to worry. No one has found Snowdust yet but maybe I will, I thought. I walked out of the palace and made my way to the gates. The wolf guard stood by the side, I examined him. He had a pistol. I'll need it.

"May I borrow one?" Asking the guard while I stared at the pistol.

"Prince Gerald?" He noticed my eyes are staring at his pistol, "A p-pistol? What will you do, your highness?"
