She taped her hand over his mouth and pinned him down the nearest row of tall bushes. He was thrashing violently on disapproval, even when Crystal gestured a shhh.
Crystal watched for people, waiting for someone to respond to the noise, and just as expected, she caught people peeking out their windows, eventually pouring into the road to check where the noise was coming from.
At their presence, both Bakugo and Crystal froze. The neighbors began to discuss as the tiny group grew big.
Crystal leaned down to whisper in his ear, "It's against the law to use your quirks for your own purpose -well, unless you have a hero's license. We only got excused 'cause we saved someone."
A rebellious blush worked up his face, but Crystal didn't see it under the dark of the bush.
However, the people seemed to discuss for a while and Crystal's hands were beginning to give out.. She removed her hand from Bakugo's mouth to ease the weight on her hands, then eventually switched to her forearms. Still, her body was heavy. Her arms were beginning to quiver and inevitably, she collapsed on Bakugo's hard chest, her legs between his.
The two stayed awkwardly in that moment, not daring to look at each other before Crystal lost composure, rolling out the bush.
But before they were caught, Bakugo rolled them around, switching their positions.
The crowd was looking at the bush now, eyeing it suspiciously before one by one, they went back into their houses.
This time, both of them were blushing red.. Crystal couldn't seem to herself to move - rather, she didn't want to move. And she couldn't seem to point out why.
Then his eyes seemed to soften and his blush seemed to fade into his then guilty face.
Bakugo pressed his head down on her shoulder.
"Bakugo?"
"I'm sorry i couldn't protect you...fuck. You almost lost your wings."
"Bakugo…" she reached up to caress his hair as tears dampened her jacket.
"It's not your fault. Don't blame yourself." She pressed her lips against his mane.
Looking at Bakugo made her feel like an unnoticed bubble of emotions suddenly popped, and sent tears running down her cheeks.
But she didn't hate it. It was nice - like talking to someone about how you feel and venting. She had someone to cry with, now. Someone who shared how she felt. And she's never needed such a person more.
"It's okay…" she comforted Bakugo. "It's alright…" this time she was telling herself that. It really was alright. She wasn't alone anymore.
When they got back go school, Aizawa-sensei surprised the class with a transfer student.
"Miyamura recently had to move from Shiketsu high and relocate due to circumstances. Hence, he will continue his studies here. Miyamura, you may enter now."
Murmurs arose at the mention of Shiketsu high, UA's best competition on the other quarter of Japan.
In walked a tall boy, with wine red hair that parted to the sides and hung over his face, revealing a glimpse of his forehead. His half lidded-eyes made him look carefree and stubborn. His defined jaw line and orchid eyes made him undeniably handsome. But that all changed when he spoke.
His eyes opened wide as his teeth stretched into a cute smile, "hello," he chirped,"i'm Miyamura Kyosuke. Please take care of me."
The girls awed in approval. Some guys did too.
"You can sit beside Crystal." Aizawa-sensei instructed Miyamura just before he cocooned himself in his cocoon. Kyo was making his way to his table when he stopped beside Crystal's desk.
"Kitty?"
