"Crystal."

She heard someone call her name. But she couldn't be bothered less by it. She shuffled in her blanket-cocoon before she felt her consciousness drift.

"Crystal"

The word pulled her from the void. Nevertheless, she just ignored it.

"For fuck's sake, Crystal. Wake up."

Oh. She knew who was calling her. It was Bakugo. "Let me sleep. Come back later."

"You've been 'asleep' for the past week. I'm not gonna leave until you wake up."

"Too bad for you then," Crystal slurred. She's been here before. A long time ago. The same heavy burden weighing her thoughts and the same lingering feeling that told her she never had a place or purpose.

She felt pressure on her face. She couldn't go back to sleep now. She sat up, eyeing the clothes that were thrown at her face. A cropped tank top, gray sweatpants and a clean set of undies.

"Were you going through my wardrobe?" She asked Bakugo, who was sitting on the cushion next to the short table.

"What do you think? Let's go. You're gonna miss the train."

"Train? What train? Who decided that?"

"Me. I decided that. I already paid, and it was...quite expensive."

"I-," She couldn't say no now. Not now that he paid. She groaned. "Fine, where are we going?"

"You'll see," He said, smirking.

She just glared at him. She hauled herself off bed, into a straight position onto the floor next to it and stayed there for a good minute, before she headed for the shower.

"Do I need to pack a suitcase? We're not going anywhere far are we?"

"You do. But your helper did that for you."

He nodded his head toward a suitcase at the corner of the room.

"Huh. I'll make you pay for this one day, Kacchan. I'm only coming because you said it was expensive and that you already paid. You hear me? And I'm not wearing this."

Crystal was wearing high waist, loose-legged jeans with a wide belt and a black off-the-shoulder, ruffled crop top. She topped off the look with two loose braids.

"You don't look like someone who was cooped up in her house for a week."

"I'll take that as a compliment. Where are we going, isn't the train station that way?"

"Yeah. But we're going to a different one. There's another in this area."

She later found herself led to a modern building, with high windows of glass, and luxury white couches as furniture. Cold air greeted her as the automatic doors parted, and she set foot on a long, lush white carpet. At the center of the room was a reception desk with a complex logo behind it.

Bakugo was walking to the desk when Crystal pulled him aside. She had to tiptoe in order to be able to whisper to him. "This doesn't look like a train station."

"Well, you're in for a surprise."

Bakugo resumed his walk and greeted the receptionist before he handed two glass sheets the shape of cards to her. The cards each had their names on them and what looked like a scannable code beneath the logo on it.

"This way, please."

"Oh my god this looks fancy." Crystal said as they were walked through a white marble corridor with smooth sliding doors of mahogany sealing the rooms behind them. She shouldn't have dressed so casually.
