True mate

Chapter 8

I stand at the doors leading to the isle. Bella made her way down the isle and so did Miranda and Tommy. Andy walked by herself since she hasn't found her mate yet. My dad held out his arm for me to take. "You look beautiful, Alice." I smile up at him, he wears a grey suit with a white tie.

"Thank you, dad." I say curtly towards him. Dan and Evelyn made their way down the isle with the rings. 

"You ready?" He says to me feeling me start to shake. I nod and the doors open; the room has black, gold, silver, grey, red, and the blue that matches my hair. There was the whole pack and some I don't know but I didn't care. I looked straight at Shade his hair was neatly brushed back, his eyes looking straight at me not wandering off, he smiles big like he just won the world and I probably have the same expression. His suit was black with silver cuffs, his tie was a light golden color. 

We made it up to him finally, the priest asks, "Who is giving this young women up to marry the alpha of this pack?"

"Her mother and I." The priest nods at my dad for him to go sit down and he does after kissing the top of my head but my eyes never left Shade's. Shade's hand was out reached for me to take and I put mine in his and felt sparks light my body with warmth and love.

The service took an hour or so, his vow to me went like this "My dearest Alice, ever since I saw you I knew that we would be together but when you were kidnapped I wasn't sure what to think about that at all. Once you came back though my heart was whole again and I felt like a new man. I will take care of you through think and thin, I will love you forever."

My vow to Shade went like this, "I felt broken and felt like I didn't belong any where even when I found my first mate Blake," A few growls ripped through the air from my family, Shade, and his family, "but when I met you I felt like I belonged and that you would take care of me even if it was just a year of knowing you. You taught me to trust and care for our pack and the rules of the pack. You are my everything now and no one will tell us differently for you are mine and I am yours. I will love you till the death do us part and even after for you are apart of me."

"The rings." The priest ask for and my little siblings come up and hand me Shade's wedding band and they hand Shade my ring. "Now put them on each other, please." When we did it we could feel a link between us that could never be cut and that we knew each other better than anyone. The link is powerful that it will make us never to cheat on one another for then we could die especially when we mate.

"I now pronounce The Alpha and Luna of the Royal pack." Every one leaps up and cheers. "You may kiss the bride." Shade looks me in the eyes with his deep lustful eyes and put his hand up to my cheek before leaning down and kissing me on the lips, it feels as if we aren't on the planet that we are that we are in a different universe. The sparks feel stronger and more effective than when Blake touched me even if it was a slap. I can feel his tongue in my moth exploring every inch, his lips soft but rough against mine; I can feel his muscles under his shirt tense and untense.

We pull back gasping for air and then that's when we could here shouting at us. We turned and there was a rouge on our territory trying to hurt Bella and my siblings. I growled and sifted right then and there and Shade did the exact same thing. His wolf Oh My Gosh he's hug and beautiful. His fur has red, black, silver, and purple. Focus, Alice! Dan and Evelyn are in trouble! my wolf growls even though she didn't want to do it but family comes first especially since I just got them back and got to know them. I tore through the first rouge that was too close to the pack house for my liking; I could taste his rotten blood and felt his neck snap, I let him go and killed the ones that were next to my siblings. I could taste their blood and it tasted bad like rotten milk mixed with rotting flesh. Their smell was not so pleasent to my nose. I looked around for any more after I was done with the two that was near the kids. I didn't see any but I felt pain in my shoulder I look around and don't see Shade.  Shade! Where the hell are you!

I'm fighting the bigest one in the clearing. I made sure everyone was okay then I sprinted to that clearing and saw my mate with blood on his fur and the rouge snapping towards his neck. I let out a huge growl where both of them stopped to look at me in shock. The rouge launched his self towards me and I was ready for it too till Shade jumped ontop of the rouge and broke it's spine then its neck.

He got off of the filthy rouge and stolled towards me Are you okay, Alice?

I'm fine are you? I can feel your pain.

I am okay lets get back to the house. He moves his head towards the pack house. I followed him without another word we made it back and we are happy to hear that no one got killed but a few got hurt. We shifted back into our human forms and then Shade falls to the ground.

"Shade!" I scream as I see him hit the ground hard. I kneel next to him listening for his heart beat and I could hear a faint one. "Get the pack doctor, Now!" I say in my Luna voice and the pack doctor was there in a flash. She put a type of pinkish purple liquid in him and that seemed to help; his heart started to beat stronger. "What was that?"

"It's an elixir, that's called wolf's blood mixed with dragon's blood hence the reason why there is a purple color in it, My Luna." The doctor bowed at me.

"Thank you for your help, please go help the others who are not in good condition." She nods and heads back into the pack house. I look at Shade and his eyes shoot open on alert until they find mine and relax.

"You're okay." He whispers as he starts to get up.

"Yes I'm okay but you lied to me, you were so not okay."

"I know but why worry my loving mate when it has nothing to do with her." Wrong thing to say.

"I have every right to know if you are going to die!" by this time I was sobbing so hard that I was probably ruining my make up but I don't care he needs to know that I love him more than anything and it is my business when he's ill or healthy.

"Hey, I'm sorry that wasn't right of me to say. I love you, Alice."

"I love you too, don't do that to me again. Okay?" I search his eyes for the truth and there is and he nods. He pulls me into a tight hug.

"I promise I won't." He whispers and that promise will never be forgotten by me. "You won't lose me."

My tears soaked into his jacket. He picked me up bridal style and walked into the house making it official for us being married. 

When we walk in I see and smell a sent so familier that I didn't believe what I was seeing.
