True mate

Chapter 20

I woke up in Ashton's arms and I smiled at him. I snuggled closer to him. "Mmm baby girl how I have missed you."

"I've missed you too." I say looking at him with a smile plastered on my face. He kiss me on the head and gets up. "Where are you going?"

"To the bathroom. I'll be right back." I nod and lean back on the bed and waited for him to return until I her a scream of pain and someone being very upset.

"You Dick!" I jerk up in bed and rush down to were the girl was. It was Blake's secondary mate, I think her name is Ashley and I have known her for a very long time. What is she doing here? I look in the room where she was looking horrified at and I see Blake with another women. I look back at Ashley and she was starting to cry. I put an arm around her.

"It's okay, he did it to me too, he's a complete dick and I should know I grew up with the bastard." I whispered into her ear and she giggled a little and then kept weeping, "Go into the kitchen and I'll meet you there so you can have all the ice cream you want." she nods and runs to the kitchen. I turn on Blake, "Are you kidding me!" Blake looks up at me quickly and is in front of me in a second as he tries to grab my hands I hear Ashton growl loudly. I glare at Blake, "Ashley is a wonderful girl and you cheat on her!" I growl and go into the kitchen leaving Blake with Ashton. I find Ashley in the kitchen baring herself in a tub of chocolate brownie fudge. I sit next to her and comfort her.

"Why are you being so nice to me when all I did was stand by and watch you get bullied?" she said between dry he-eves

"Because you don't deserve to be miserable despite how you see it, I think that you are a lovely girl and that it was in the past. Sure I'll get my revenge sooner or later on the people who have hurt me to where it left scars but you aren't one of those people." I rub her back and looking into her eyes. "Trust me I care for all the packs since I am married to the Alpha prince but soon to be ex wife to him and I'll be marrying Ashton, my true mate. I know that your true mate is out there." As soon as I said that Blake with a new black eye and Ash walks into the room. I smile at Ash, "There's my Alpha King." I say then look over at Blake and glare.

"He's come to apologize to Ashley." I snort a laugh they all look at me like I was queen of stupid ville and I just shrug. I look over at Ashley if she was okay to here him out and she shakes her head.

"Sorry but she doesn't want to talk to you or hear you out so get out." I order and he obeyed in an instant. Ashton looks at me completely in awe, "Babe, can you leave us for a few minutes it needs to be a girl on girl time." He nods quickly and leaves.

"Thank you, Luna." I smile at her and nod.

"Of course and no need to call me Luna just yet."

"Okay."

"You want to tell me something, I can tell."

She nods, "Yeah I went to the doctors because I was feeling sick and everything and they did a pregnancy test on me and it turns out..."

"That you're pregnant?" she nods and I smile.

"That's great news!" I squeal and hug her.

"Yeah but it's his." She looks down to the floor.

"That just means that I get to spoil it cause it's part of my family just like you."

"What?"

"Ashton and Blake are brothers, it's a long story."

"Oh. I thought that they were enemies."

"Well that too, since Ashton is my true mate and Blake rejected me on the spot after finding out that I am one of his mates."

"So we've both been there with Blake?" she raises her eyebrows and I nod, "I'm so sorry!" she claims towards me. 

"Don't be because I found my true mate and I know you will too with or without a child he'll except you for who you are deep inside and that beautiful child that you'll give birth to." She smiles at me and eats more of the ice cream. 

"I want to tell you something and you have to promise not to tell anyone okay?"

"Okay." she looks at me worried.

"I'm pregnant with a girl and I know a spell to see what gender your baby will be if you want me to."

"Magic?"

"I'm part witch, vampire, and werewolf. A hybrid."

"That's so cool!" I smile at her, "But no I don't want you to do a spell on me even though I do want to know what it's going to be I'll wait just like all the other mothers out there." I smile and nod understanding where she's coming from.

Ashton walks back in after a few minutes of me talking with Ashley. "We are going to be late and I'm not letting you out of my sight this time."

"Late for what?"

"You will see now come on or we're going to miss it!" he whines like he's a small child wanting something really bad and doesn't know how to ask. I roll my eyes and stand up as well as Ashley.

"Well let's go." he grabs my hand and pulls me with him and Ashley is right behind us laughing as I fumble a few times over some of the toys the pups left out. Alec and Evelyn are sitting next to the camp fire watching a new pack member start to change under the moons influence but however all of us have learned to control our wolves especially if we have another race in us. The girl screams and I see a pack member kick her. I run over to where they are and stand between the two.

The girl gasps and screams once more before she turns completely into her pure black wolf. The guy tries to go around me and hurt her and I growl harshly towards him and every one bowed their heads in fear and backed up slightly. I stood my ground and the guy tried to disobey me and I punch him square in the jaw. "Never defy me ever again if you do you will be dead the next day!" I growl and watch fear pass his eyes.

"Yes, Luna." he studders.
