Reconciliation

Narrator's POV

Dean was pacing back and forth in his locker room seething in rage, Seth had pulled a really bullshit move and he wouldn't let go so easily. Never.

As he was pondering his next line of actions Renee burst into the room, her face red and swollen, mascara smeared and eyes red.

Dean opened his mouth to talk but no, before he could say a thing Renee landed a slap on his cheek so heavy it left her palm print.

" Asshole" she screamed and stormed out of the room, leaving Dean rubbing his cheek speechlessly.

After pondering it for over 30mins, and getting a pep talk from Becky, Seth finally decided to swallow his pride and go apologise to Dean.

He walked slowly towards Dean's door, took a deep breath, then knocked on the door.

After the third knock, Dean finally decided to open the door. On seeing Seth's face he banged the door in his face.

Seth persisted and continued knocking till the door finally opened again but Dean's bored expression unnerved him.
" What do you want? " Dean asked with an I couldn't possibly care less and cold expression.

Seth took a deep breath and started  talking in an honest tone. " Dean I'm so sorry alright" Seth said actually being honest.

" It's that all you came to say? " Dean asked with an uninterested tone, when Seth didn't reply he said

" if that's all I'm very busy right now so..."  as he said the last part he began closing the door but then before it could shut completely Seth put his leg in between the door to stop it from shutting.

" Dean..." Seth began taking a deep breath then went on " Brothers fight and brothers reconcile so please forgive me...I'm sorry"

Dean took a deep breath having a hesitant look on his face which slowly turned into a smirk, he opened the door by now a large smile plastered on his face.

Dean opened up his arms and Seth gladly embraced him. " Your an asshole, you know right? " Dean asked Still embracing Seth. " Yeah" Seth replied not in the least bit offended knowing this was Dean's way of accepting an apology. " That's why I love you" Dean said and Seth replied grinning " I know"

" Seth? " Dean called. " Yeah? " Seth replied. " You'll have to help me make it up to the both ladies" Dean said remorsefully.

" What are brothers for?" Seth asked smiling and Dean smiled back,  after a minute Dean asked confused" you are going to help me, right? " Seth through laughter replied" of course"

And they did so with the help of flowers, heartfelt apologies, expensive romantic dates, etc.
