Walking away, " Please don't leave me!!!"

Chris's POV
I glance over at Becky and I don't know why but I feel my heart beat faster, just watching her walk down that isle made something crack within me and that's the first time I've felt something so overwhelming, it made me want to take on the world for her as weird as it sounds.

I can't have this feelings, I'm not supposed to be the fool that falls in love, I can't have feelings for Becky, that is far more dangerous than I will ever be able to explain, but something about Becky's smile makes me forget even my own name and that's dangerous but it's not like I can distance myself from her.

I speed up the car, trying to focus on driving rather than the many insane thoughts running through my head.

Narrator's POV
By the time Becky and Chris arrive, everyone is already seated.

As Becky tries to walk out of the car she stumbles dizzily but Chris catches her in time before she can stumble to the floor.

" Are you alright?" Chris asks softly, genuinely concerned. Becky leaves his arms and attempts walking but staggers dizzily once more before Chris snakes his arms around her waist for support.

She tries leaving his hold but he doesn't let her saying, "you're weak and I'm guessing it's because you haven't had a proper meal since... The incident, so let me take you in because as it is your whole body weight is on me and you're too weak to even stand, let alone walk"

Becky tries arguing weakly, knowing he's right. " The moment we get in, I'll get you some food and once you've eaten to my satisfaction I'll go, alright? " Chris asks with a note of finality, taking on the big brother role.

" Right" Becky agrees weakly, her head spinning and feeling nauseous.

Seth's POV

I watch as Becky and Chris walk in, Chris's hand snaked firmly round her waist as she leans on him. I feel jealousy choking me and I overhear one of the guests saying, " oh my, what a cute couple!"

I instantly feel nauseated and annoyed, wanting to break Chris's only good arm which is still on Becky's waist. I feel my grip tighten on my wine glass.

I watch as Chris pulls out a seat for Becky and helps her sit down, I can't help but notice how pale Becky looks.

I watch as Chris grabs a plate of food and sets it in front of her, he even has the audacity to feed her!

How dare he?!

I gulp down glass after glass of wine, feeling pathetic. " Are you alright?" Roman asks as he notices how quickly I'm gulping down wine. " Yeah, what's up?" Charlotte asks.

I tilt my head in a direction and their eyes follow my head till they sight Becky and Chris.

" Seth..." Roman begins warningly and I cut him off, " I know I know,I'm not going to create a scene" I say, raising my hands up in defence and rolling my eyes.

I try to but I just can't take my eyes off Chris and Becky who doesn't even notice me looking at her.

" Wanna dance?" I hear a feminine voice ask as I feed a tap on my shoulder. I'm about to decline the offer when I rethink,at least I'll be distracted from Becky, but to be honest the main reason I want to dance with her is to make Becky jealous.

" Of course" I say, finally looking at the gorgeous woman who looked like she was getting tired of waiting for an answer, pretending to be enthusiastic as she pulls me to my feet and we begin to dance gracefully as, "dancing with a stranger" by Sam Smith plays.
