Later that evening, I walked into my house and headed to the kitchen. My brother was sitting at the island, typing away at his phone, to engaged to even notice I had walked in the room. It wasn't until my phone ringed that his head snapped up.
"Oh, you scared me," he said while grabbing his chest.
"Yeah yeah," I pulled my phone out of my pocket. It was from Daniel.
'Hey, we still on for tonight? ;)' I smiled and let out a small giggle before replying,
'Yeah, just let me know when you're ready.'
Our convo went back and forth for a few more messages before I finally set my phone back down. I met my brothers curious gaze and returned the look.
"What?" I asked.
"Who were you texting?"
"Why?"
"Because you looked like you were about to fuck the shit out of your phone. I busted out laughing.
"What? No I didn't," I shook my head.
"Yes you did. You looked just like this," he mimicked me by gifting his weight to one leg and biting his lip. I giggled.
"Whatever."
"So, out with it. Who's causing you to make bedroom eyes at your phone?"
"Nobody. I'll look at my phone however I want to, even if it means looking at it seductively." He shook his head.
My phone vibrated on the counter.
I looked at it before looking at Jacob, who was staring at my phone. He lunged towards it the same time I did. Unfortunately, he grabbed it straight out if my hands and ran around with it.
"Jake, quit it!" I chased him around the kitchen and then the entire house. He ran around dodging me continuously while reading the messages to himself.
"Oh snap, I see y'all get a little freaky." He pointed out.
"Give me my phone you jerk." I laughed. He slowed his pace as he looked down at my phone with a confused expression.
"What?" I asked and reached for my phone. He held it out of my reach.
"What is it?" I jumped up to try and reach my phone, failing everytime. His expression soon turned to anger as he looked at me.
"What's the matter?"
"What the hell are these?" He shoved my phone into my face, showing me photos of myself in only my bra and underwear. I was straddling Daniel as he had on no shirt and held his hands around my waist. This was just from a few days ago. And the weirdest part, it wasn't even sent from Daniel's phone. The number was anonymous. I knitted my eyebrows and grabbed my phone.
"I don't...know," I responded slowly.
"You don't know? You let this boy take pictures of you half dressed? What the hell Darian?" He yelled.
"Whoa, chill. There's no way Daniel took that. This isn't even his number."
"Well someone did," he paused. "Have you been having sex with him?" I looked down.
"You've got to be kidding me. I thought you were smarter then this."
"I am! It was only once. And I know he had no camera, because it wasn't even planned," I replied.
"It doesn't matter if you think you know. There's still a photo of you out there and it's exposing you! If Daniel didn't take it, then who did? Was somebody in the room with y'all?"
