[Octavia's P.O.V.]

I hurried to break the horse free from the wagon. It took most of my strength but was able to pull the wood - holding the horse the wagon - off it's back. Immediately the horse backed away from me and stood on it's hind legs to keep me away. I held my hands out cautiously, almost receiving a hoof to the head as I approached the distressed horse.

"Shh, hey it's okay buddy..I'm not gonna hurt you. We just need your help, then you're a free horse..alright?" I explained to the horse softly.

Don't run away. Don't run away.

"I-It's just a horse it's not gonna—" Jasper began but stopped when the horse slowly lowered itself back onto all fours.

I felt a grin form on my lips as I glanced at Jasper, "Alright..so maybe your sorta idea worked." He admitted.

"Sorta?" I retorted with a playful grin. "Yeah right,"

I walked over to the now calm horse, stroking its maine soothingly before I cautiously grabbed it's reins. It didn't seem to mind now. I walked back over to where Jasper was leaning against the wagon. I tried not to look at his leg that was swollen and oozing blood. It was enough to make someone sick.

"Anyway..let's get riding, home is not very far."

I helped Jasper onto the horse, being careful he didn't fall off. He weakly held onto the neck of the horse as he leaned forward and bled all over its coat. I frowned at the sight. It hurt to see him this weak and injured. I had to get him home safely, he had to make it. I brushed the frown off my face, I wouldn't show him I was afraid. I had to be brave.

I took in the weak state of him once more, before taking a deep breath and climbing onto the horse behind him. I swung my leg over to the opposite side and grabbed the reins - being careful not to push him off - as I whipped the reins to get the horse running.

I just had to get Jasper back to camp..it'll be fine. I can get Lizzie after.

I breathed in the cold brisk air as I urged the horse to go faster. Jasper was bleeding out he wouldn't make it at the slow pace we were traveling at before.

Come on Octavia..we have to make it. He has to make it or Lizzie got captured for nothing.

I was startled to hear Jasper weakly speak, "L-leave me..go back for Lizzie." he mumbled.

"No way." I argued "She's tough, she can handle herself while I get you back to camp."

"B-but Lizzie—" he began before he groaned in pain and stayed quiet.

"Shh..shh Jasper it's okay, we're almost home." I assured him softly, but I wasn't so sure myself.

[Lizzie's P.O.V.]

I guess we hadn't gotten very far away from their grounder camp, if anything it was only a ten minute walk back. I felt pretty anxious for what was to come. I bit my inner cheek anxiously as all the possible scenarios played in my head. Most of them ended up with me dead. I didn't want that to happen, but atleast my friends had gotten away.

I never expected to have survived this long on Earth in the first place. We all assumed Earth wasn't survivable, but here we were now. One hundred criminals living here...or what was left of the one hundred criminals anyway. I never expected this to be the way I died, I didn't even want to die now that I'd made it this far. I hadn't even reunited with Raven yet.

I'd completely zoned out I nearly forgot where I was. I glanced around their camp. Tents were everywhere and they had a stable for all their horses. I guess there horses were pretty important since they had man who looked to be on watch outside of the stables.

I felt a rough tug on the chains wrapped around my wrist, must've been from the man holding me captive. Geez. Didn't think I was walking that slow. My body was thrown forward. I nearly fell before I was caught in someone's arm. They had a dark shade of skin. I lifted my head to see my mysterious savior. It was a woman in armor with short black hair. She seemed pretty intimidating if I was being honest. I gulped as she stared down at me with her piercing gaze.

I almost sighed in relief as she looked away and removed her arms from catching me. I balanced myself on my feet as she turned to the man walking me with chains. She spoke in quiet words I couldn't understand to him, then he hesitated before handing her my chains. She glanced at me before walking at a quick pace towards a huge tent. I had no choice but to follow her with the same quick pace.

I anxiously followed her as she entered the tent. It almost felt as if I was walking to my own death. I gulped as she led me deep into the tent where a figure sat in the darkness off the room. It so dark infact that I couldn't make out whoever was there. The woman bowed on a knee to the figure in the chair.

"They found and captured of the sky people, heda." She spoke to the figure in the chair.

"Thank you, Indra.." A woman's voice came from the figure before she got off her chair and walked over to me. I heard the sound of a sword being pulled out before the tip of the blade was pointed at my neck and this 'heda' woman came into view.

"Now, who do we have here?"
