Survivor

chapter one

As I entered the dropship, my head was racing. What was going on? Where were we being sent? My ideas on us being killed was now contradicted by what was happening. They wouldn't waste a dropship to kill us, so we were being sent somewhere..but where?

I came back to my senses once I heard a familiar voice. "Lizzie?"

I glanced in the direction the voice came from to see no other than Finn! A smile spread across my face as I ran over to where he was sitting and wrapped him in a tight hug. Seeing him made me feel better about being here, not alone.

"I haven't seen you since I went to jail." I said after the hug ended.

He smiled "yep Raven and I missed you kiddo."

I softly sighed remebering my dear sister. Well, step sister but I prefered her to be my blood sister, she was kind, brave, funny and great to talk to. She had always been there for me through my dads dark stages.

Then it hit me, "how did you get arrested?"

"Went for a spacewalk." He replied with a grin "now get buckled up."

I slowly nodded, he was almost as overprotective of me as Raven. But of course she was more. As I buckled into the seat beside him I tilted my head in confusion, it didn't make sense that Finn went for a space walk, that was more something my sister would do.

"Was Raven involved?" I asked.

"Actually," He sighed "I took the blame for her, she would have been killed since she's eighteen, so yeah.."

"Now that makes sense," I said with a grin "that's the Raven I know."

After a few minutes all the criminals took a seat, I could count about 100 of us. Then my stomach tingled as I felt the ship launch. I was still curious as to where we were going when I heard a voice, Chancellor Jaha's voice.

The darker skinned leader said something about us being sent to earth, because we were expendable. I rolled my eyes and leaned back in my seat, not wanting to listen anymore. No one really like Jaha and people were talking over him anyway so there was no reason why I should even try.

I suddenly felt the enviorment hit zero G. It was when I remembered Raven loved floating around in zero G while Finn had always been there for her supporting her in it. He was a great boyfriend for her and a great brother for me.

Finn noticed me looking bored and smirked before asking "so, wanna have some fun?"

I perked up happy to do something better "like what?"

"How 'bout going for a space walk?" He said as he reached for his buckle.

I smiled before my stomach turned, this could go wrong easily and when they landed at earth, hitting gravity could make impact worse for those floating around in zero G. I quickly rolled it off my shoulder, wanting to have fun. Seeing as earth was probably toxicated and impact can kill them anyway, it was best to live it up now.

Finn clicked his buckle before he began being lifted out of his seat. He did a playful flip testing it out as you could here some people cheer him on as "spacewalker". He held a hand out for me in a offer for me to join him. I quickly clicked my buckle before joining him in the air.

I giggled as I did a flip in the zero G environment. It was a free feeling, what anyone could dream of. It made me the happiest person alive, in this moment. This great moment. I glanced around to see people cheering us on. Then two guys joined us in the air.

I suddenly heard someone say "stay in your seats if you want to live." I glanced over to see a blondie.

Finn rolled his eyes "I'll handle her" he murmured before making his way to her.

I giggled at the way he swam like a fish through the air to get to the blonde girl. I didn't pay attention to their conversation as I played around in the air, it was a once in a life time opportunity.

The last thing I remember was doing a flip before hearing a crash..soon I flung into the wall and everything went black.

A/N: first, I ended up changing my mind and uploading the next chapter today from excitement, the next chapter will be uploaded tommorrow like the usual schedule but this is just a treat for you guys! enjoy! this chapter was shorter than I wanted but I had to leave it on this cliffhanger, so I hope you enjoyed!
