"Here," Raven handed me a skewer with cooked meat on it, "eat up."

"What is it?" I asked curiously as I sniffed it.

She chuckled. "It's not poison, that's for sure."

I laughed before biting into it, "Rabbit?"

Raven nodded, "Yep."

Raven quietly sat down beside me, taking a bite from her own skewer. Silence followed as the two of us continued eating. I couldn't even remember the last time I ate before this so I found myself eating pretty quickly.

But I had to admit I couldn't stop thinking about Charlotte, what were they hiding about her? I didn't want to believe that the only friend my age died..but right now that was my best guess. I also couldn't stop thinking about how Raven even got here, no one else came down from the ark, so how did she?

"Hey Raven?" I asked quietly.

"Yeah?" Raven said, tilting her head.

"How'd you get here?..to Earth I mean." I asked curiously.

She sighed, wrapping an arm around my shoulder so I could lean on her. I knew that meant she wanted me to relax, this might be a long story.

"When I found out they sent you and Finn here, I didn't know what to do. I freaked out. Then I found this woman, Abby, we made a pod to travel down to Earth. The plan was we'd both come down, she wanted to see her daughter, Clarke, and I wanted to see you and Finn..but things didn't go to plan." I felt her body shudder and looked up to see her eyes watery. She cleared her throat, "You see, I'm here and she's not."

Well..there's one question down, only one more to go.

"She died..?" I hesitantly asked.

"Yeah..I think so." Raven responded, resting her chin on my head, "I mean, I never saw her die, but I'm pretty sure she did."

I sighed, turning to face her. "I'm glad you're here, Raven. I missed you so much."

"I missed you too." She said, hugging me tightly from behind.

There was silence following that as I comfortably rested my back against her chest. Suddenly Raven started laughing.

"What is it?" I asked, honestly scared of what she would say.

"You done eating?" She asked

"Yeah." I handed her the empty skewer.

"Guess it's shower time." She said with a grin.

"Oh shit!" I muttered, pulling out of Raven's arms in attempt to scoot away, like it would somehow stop me from getting the shower I desperately needed.

"Language, Lizzie!"

"It feels like I haven't left the drop-ship in ages." I said excitedly as Raven led me to the bathing place.

"Don't overdue it, Lizzie. You're going straight to bed after this." Raven explained.

"Damn it." I muttered angrily.

"Language." She said, for the millionth time today.

"Ugh, calm down I just said-"

Raven quickly cut me off. "Don't you dare say it again, Lizzie. I don't care that you're friends her let you use that kind of language, you're still my sister and that means when I'm here I'm in charge of you."

I crossed my arms. "I'm not a little kid anymore."

Raven sighed, "I know, I know..Just quit growing up so fast, okay?"
