"Is..that...all....you've..got." I said between heavy breaths.
"Hahahaha. Of course not, I planned on giving you a small break, but since you are so eager, here you go." Leon said, laughing.
After he said that a flood of new guards rushed in, this time I decided to use a new spell I learned while holding them back. I said the spell and a brilliant blast of fire flew from my hand and incinerated the guards.
"How do you know that spell, that spell is only known by those who are in my family, and my whole family is working against you two." Leon said, astonished.
"Well, apparently all but one, although I don't know who it is." I said.
I looked over at the book and suddenly a symbol appeared on my hand( I felt the sting and looked down to see it) the symbol had words in it. I spoke the words aloud and the world before me began to melt, the runic design remaining on my hand.
"You BITCH!" Leon screamed.
I felt the cold spread across my body before I felt the pain.
"Now you will fall. I may have lost the bait for James, my strong son. But surely Dakota can bring him to me." Leon said.
Those were the last words that I heard before everything went black.
