Part 28- Let's Get Ugly.

My POV-

Pregnant...again?. It's a bit too soon for another baby

'What news?' I asked Nathan. 

'You've not told her?' Tom questioned with a grin on his face.

'Will someone just tell me what's going on?' I asked again but more bluntly.

'Will you just give us a minute?' Nathan asked Tom.

'Yeah...sure.' Tom said before walking out of the room. Nathan then rested his hand on my knee and began to say,

'You know that meeting we went to?'.

'Yeah,' I answered.

'Well, we were told that we have landed ourselves a tour, in America,' he said excitedly.

'That's great news,' I said as I gave him a hug. 

'I was just thinking, that we don't tell anyone about the baby, keep it to ourselves for a bit.' I said whilst looking at the ground.

'We can't hide it for too long though, can we?' Nathan said sarcastically. I just looked at him and walked out of the room. I felt a tears forming in my eyes, I walked out of the room and bumped into Max on the stairs, I looked away so he couldn't see that I was upset, but it was too late, he moved my face so I was looking at him,

'What's wrong love?' he asked gently.

'Oh, I'm just so proud of you guys, a tour in America, that's amazing.' I said with a small smile.

'Oh, okay,' Max replied but he didn't look convinced.

'Do you wanna come out for a drink with us lot?' Max asked with a smile on his face.

'I think I'm gonna leave it tonight.' I said with a little smile. I got myself a cup of tea and laid down on the sofa, and put Hollyoaks on. I then felt someone sit down at the end of my feet, I looked to see Nathan looking at me. 

'We will sort things out, don't worry,' he began to say. 'It will take some getting used to, having 2 kids, but I'm ready for the challenge,' he said in a gentle tone. I sat up and looked at him,

'Are you sure?' I asked him for reassurance.

'100%,' he said as he held my hand tightly. I then rested my head on his shoulder and he rested his arm around me. 

'Aren't you going out with the lads?' I asked him.

'But you need me.' he replied.

'Go out and have a drink to celebrate, I'll stay and look after Lucy.' I said to him with a smile on my face.

'Are you sure?' Nathan asked.

'Of course,' I said before kissing him softly on the lips.

The Next Day...

Jade's POV-

It was 7am, time for me and Jay to leave for our honeymoon. We grabbed our bags and made our way to the taxi, which was waiting for us outside. We got into the the taxi and Jay placed his hand on my leg and kissed me softly on the head. I was really looking forward to going to Venice, it is somewhere I have always wanted to go, and it will be good spending time with Jay on our own. Peace and quiet for a change.

My POV-

Nathan ended up sleeping on the sofa last night, he got too drunk to come to bed. It was 8:30am, and I was wide awake, looking up at the ceiling. I didn't really sleep much, I just kept thinking about the new baby and the fact Nathan is going to be leaving me in a few weeks. Maybe we should go to the doctors to see how far gone I am. I was just about to close my eyes, but I had to dash to the loo, I wasn't looking forward to going through the morning sickness again. I then went to the sink and turned on the tap and splashed my face with cold water. I walked over to Lucy's cot to find her wide awake, I bent down and cradled her in my arms. A smile then appeared on her face, she looked so cute. I then quietly carried her down to the kitchen to make her a bottle. I put Lucy into her high chair and went to make the bottle. I closed my eyes, and rested my hands on the kitchen counters, I was feeling rough, my head was banging. I then felt some arms wrapping around my waist which made me jump. It was Nathan. He then rested his head on my shoulder,
