Part 35- Let's Get Ugly.

My POV-

'What baby?' Tom asked again. I just looked at Nathan, and took a deep breath and said,

'I'm pregnant,'.

'Why didn't you tell me?' he asked in an angrier tone.

'I thought you might react badly again.' I said whilst looking at the ground.

'Tom, this isn't really the time. I'm taking Amy to the hospital, she is in pain and needs to be checked out.' Nathan interupted.

'I said to you that I would never act like that again, I thought you could trust me.' Tom shouted, he sounded hurt.

'I do trust you Tom, you're not the only one who doesn't know, we kept it from everyone. Only me, Nath and Jade.' I explained to him in a calm manner.

'Jade knows?' Tom and Nathan asked at the same time.

'Yes, it just came out, and I needed someone to talk to. I can trust Jade.' I said whilst looking at Nathan.

Tom's POV-

I can't believe they didn't tell me. How could they keep something like that from me. I wouldn't of reacted like I did before, 

'I feel hurt that you didn't tell me,' I shouted to them both.

'Well, you know now, all I'm worried about now is getting my girlfriend who has been beaten up by your step dad to hospital, so excuse me while I get her there.' Nathan snapped.

'What? Paul did this,' I turned to ask Amy, but Amy was collapsed on the floor. Nathan rushed to Amy's side,

'Get an ambulance,' he shouted at me. I ran downstairs and grabbed my phone and rang for an ambulance.

Nathan's POV-

I rushed to Amy's side to see if she was still breathing, which thankfully she was, but it was very faint. I just hope her and the baby are going to be alright, at the same time I was thinking about finding Paul, I can't believe he has done this to my beautiful girl. I knew things were going to well, something bad had to happen. I could hear Lucy crying from downstairs but I knew Jade would sort her out, I've got to help Ams first. Tom came back into the room and said the ambulance is on its way.

'I'm sorry for overeacting, but it would have been nice, to be told.' he said to me with a little smile.

'It's okay,' I replied. The paramedics came into the bedroom and attended to Amy, they took her to the ambulance, I went with her in the ambulance and the others followed.

We got to the hospital, this place should be our second home, as we always seem to be here. In the ambulance, the lady paramedic asked, how far gone is Amy?, it must be about 2 months now, this made me think that there was something wrong with the baby. She reassured me that Ams and the baby will be alright, but I don't know. They took Amy to do some tests and I had to wait outside, this really does feel like de ja vu. All the others then came crashing through the doors.

After about half an hour, I was allowed in the room to see Amy. She had opened her eyes but she was still quite weak, I sat beside her on the bed and held her close to me. I couldn't stop looking at the bruises on her body, the doctor then came into the room, he began to say,

'Miss Parker, you have lost a lot of blood but you were very lucky to keep your baby. We are going to keep you in just to keep an eye on you, you should be allowed out tomorrow morning. I'll get the nurse to prescribe you with some painkillers to dull down the pain, OK?'.

'Thank you Doctor,' I said to him before he left the room. I then noticed that there were two coppers stood talking to Tom. I slowly got up from the bed, but Amy pulled on my arm,
