Let's Get Ugly! [The Wanted Fanfic]

Part 41- Let's Get Ugly.

My POV-

So yesterday was Lucy's first birthday, It was a lovely day, she recieved some lovely presents from the guys, Jade and Jay got her some new dresses they were so cute. Sophie and Max got her a cute doll, Siva and Emma got her some soft toys for her to play with, and Tom and Claire got her a teddy bear that had her name stitched on the paw and her birthday on the other, it was lovely, she was very spoilt. Today, me and Nathan are going house hunting as we want to find somewhere before the twins are born. First we are meeting an estate agent at a house that is a 10 minute drive away from where we are now. Jade was looking after Lucy for us, whilst we went to look. 

We got to the house and saw Sarah the estate agent waiting outside, we got out of the car and made our way to her.

'Awh, Good morning,' she greeted us with a smile and a hand shake.

'Now, shall we go inside, it's cold out here,' she laughed. We began to walk inside and Nathan grabbed hold of my hand and held it tightly. We stepped inside of the hallway, it was a tiny hallway, not a lot of room to move, or get a buggy through, which we will need for the babies. We were then taken into the living room, which then again was really small, it was quite claustrophobic, and it needed a lot of work doing to it, like the wallpaper was really old fashioned and the furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. We were then shown the kitchen, I hated the kitchen, it was painted bright yellow, I wasn't getting a good vibe from this house. From the kitchen window you could see into the garden, if that's what I can call it, it was a mess, the grass looked like it hadn't been cute for years, I didn't want to continue viewing this house, I really didn't like it. I think Nathan could tell that I wasn't enjoying being in this house.

'Would you like to see the second house?' Sarah asked.

'Of course.' Nathan replied. We followed her out of this house and made our way to the second house, this house was closer to the lads studio which was good for Nath. We pulled up outside the house, this one looked nicer than the other one, I was looking forward to looking at this one, we got out of the car and went inside. This one was more spacious, and there was a lot of natural shining through the windows, it was nicely decorated. The living room was very modern and was lovely and big, the only problem with this house was there wasn't enough bedrooms, we wanted at least three but this one only had two, which was really annoying as I really loved this house. This house was the last house we were viewing, which made in an unsuccessful day. We were just living this house when Sarah recieved a phone call, she walked away so that me and Nathan couldn't hear the conversation. We waited for her to finish for about five minutes, she then walked back over to us with a smile on her face.

'Good news guys, a house has just been put on the market, it seems to be what you are looking for, would you like to me to take you to view this house?' she asked estatically.

'Yes please,' I replied with a big smile on my face.

We arrived outside of the last house and I loved what I was seeing, it was very quaint and cute, it had a pebbled driveway and a small front garden, and it had some a tall hedge around the garden which made thinks more private. We walked inside and we walked straight into the living room, it was beautiful, the walls were white but had bright pictures hanging on the wall and there was ornaments that matched the decor of the room. We then wondered into the kitchen, it was massive, it had a patio door that looked out onto the garden, the kitchen had black tiling and white walls, it was great. We then went out to the garden which was just what I had imagined, it was private and was big enough for the kids. We were then shown upstairs, the bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. This house is what I had dreamed of, I didn't think that we would find somewhere which was so perfect. I wanted this house to be ours.

'So what do you think?' Sarah finally asked.

'I love it, it's what I've always wanted,' I replied with a massive grin on my face.

'I want to make an offer,' Nathan piped up, he could tell that I was really happy and this was what I was looking for.

'Great, let's go to my office and we can talk details.' Sarah exclaimed.

3 weeks later...

Nathan's POV-

Today, me and Ams are moving into our new house, everything has been heptic, we got the keys yesterday. The lads have been helping us pack, Ams was out shopping for some baby things,as she can't carry anything as she doesn't want to harm the babies. I can't wait to finally get settled in with Amy and Luce, I wanna get things ready before the twins arrive. I have been struggling a little bit when carrying some heavy furniture as my asthma decides to kick in, I just have to take it easy. 

'Come on Nath, this telly isn't gonna move itself,' Max moaned.

'Keep your hair on...oh wait.' I joked.

'Yes, very funny,' Max grumped.

Jade's POV-

I was out shopping with Amy, I was really happy for her and Nathan, having babies and moving in together. We were looking in loads of different shops, she was looking for some cots for the twins, she has been quite picky. She finally found some and we had help from one of the shop assisstants who carried the cots to my car as Amy couldn't carry them. We had finished the shopping and we went back to their new house, it was only a few streets away from the lads. It was a lovely house, it really suited Nathan and Amy, we got to the house and the lads were carrying things inside, Amy got Lucy out of the car and carried her inside, she hasn't let Lucy out of her site, I don't blame her.

Two Day's Later...

My POV-

We were finally settled in, it has only two days to do so. Nathan was upstairs with Tom and Jay trying to put the cots up, it's quite funny to watch, but the amount of swear words that have come out of their mouths...well I've lost count, it has been that many. I took them up a cup of tea and carried on watching them, I then felt a pain in my stomach,

'Owwhh,' I said quietly, I didn't want Nath to worry, but it was too late, he was stood by my side.

'What's wrong babe?' he asked me with a bit of panic in his voice.

'I think that they're kicking,' I replied.

'You think?' he asked in a confused manner. I then felt the pain again, I then grabbed Nathan's hand and placed it on the bump, I then saw a massive grin appearing on Nathan's face,

'They're kicking because they didn't like hearing the swear words that came out of their dad's mouth.' I said with a smile. Nathan then crouched down so that he was level with the bump, 

'I'm sorry for swearing,' he said to the bump.

'We forgive you,' I said whilst putting a voice on. Nathan just gave me a weird look, and then I laughed.

'What's so funny?' Nathan asked as he playfully hit my arm.

'You, you looked crazy talking to my stomach,' I laughed.

'Says you who put the babies voice on and answered me.' Nathan laughed sarcastically. I then stood up on my tip toes and kissed Nathan on the lips, he pulled away and said,

'I do love you,' he then pulled me in for hug, but the bump got in the way.

'Oi, Romeo and Juliet, I hate to break up this love scene you have going on but this cot needs putting together,' Jay piped up.

'Sorry,' I said whilst sticking my tongue out at him.

'Oh, that's very mature,' Jay joked. Nathan gave me a quick peck on the lips and went back to the lads, I went downstairs to Lucy.
