Sleeping with Sirens- With ears to see and eyes to hear (acoustic)
"How was it babe?"
I had just escaped the hallways where teenagers were bustling their way to the front door.
Finally it was all over.
Jack pulled me closely into his chest and his lips latched onto mine.
My heart fluttered inside of me.
I pulled away shyly, people around us were gawking and staring, talking in hushed tones.
Jack grinned at me as I turned bright red.
I dragged him away from the door and the attention of the people around us.
Jack didn't seem the slightest bit bothered by it.
"I told you it's not that bad here" Jack said proudly as we began walking out towards the car park.
It's living hell.
"Yeah it's ok" I heard myself say in a breezy tone.
Jack swung his bag back and forth.
"I didn't see you today actually, did you make friends yeah?" he said causally.
I had to think about it.
I guess I had made friends, I thought better than to tell Jack who they were.
I had a feeling he wouldn't like them.
"Yeah a few" I smiled convincingly.
"That's great!" He spotted Johnson across the parking lot who was flailing his arms in the air and dancing erotically to catch his attention.
I spluttered with laughter.
"Looks like I have to go" Jack said rolling his eyes.
"I'll call you later" he promised and pecked me gently on the forehead.
I watched him wistfully as he ran across the car park and joined Johnson, I snorted as he hit him in the side ordering him to stop dancing.
Johnson waved over at me.
"See you Macy!" he yelled.
They acted like the goofy, fun loving boys I had first met. It was weird that in school they seemed completely different.
I waved back at him and turned around to find Sams car.
I spotted him leaning against the bonnet of his car, in conversation with a blonde haired girl.
I made my way over, reluctantly.
Sam ignored me completely as I neared him.
"I mean like everyone is invited I think, like open invite?"
The girl spoke in a strong accent, twirling her long whitish hair between her finger tips.
I could see the interest she had in Sam.
"We'll be there then" Sam said.
I jerked open the back door of Sams car and threw myself into it.
I watched in disgust as he continued talking to the bimbo outside.
They both completely ignored me, like I wasn't even there.
The girl pointed over at me, frowning.
Sam just flicked his hand, said something and she nodded.
She sashayed away from the car, waving at Sam with a smirk on her face.
I don't know why but I hated the thought of her being with Sam.
