"Hey Thomas what's up?"

"I need a favor," he admits.

"Yeah okay."

"When can you be at my house?"

"Five minutes," I say turning onto a side street.

"Okay bye." Thomas says then hangs up. I put my phone down in the passenger seat. Why is Thomas calling me over to his house?

A few minutes later I pull into Thomas's driveway and see that Daniels car is there. Oh god. I cut the engine, grab my phone, get out of the car, lock it, then walk right into Thomas's house.

"Thomas I'm here!" I yell through the house.

"We're in the living room!"

I walk into the living room and see that Daniel and Thomas are both just sitting there drinking beers. "Hi.."

Thomas smiles, "can I ask you something?"

"You just did."

"No like actually."

I sit in a recliner, "yeah okay."

"Are you still a virgin?"

"You made me drive all the way to your house for that?" I ask with a scoff.

"Just answer."

"Yeah I am."

Thomas nods, "remember when we dated?"

"Yeah."

"Why didn't we ever do anything?"

"Never felt like the time was right."

He's silent for a moment as he takes a sip of his beer, "has anyone made you feel like the time was right?"

Without looking over I know Daniels looking at me. I can sense it. "Yes."

"Why didn't it happen?"

"My dad came home." Before he can ask anything else my phone buzzed and it's a text from Daniel. He said to act like Ma said I need to come home. "I'm sorry to cut this short, but I gotta go."

"Why?" Thomas asks.

"Family emergency." I get up and walk to the front door as fast as possible. My phone dings as soon as I shut the car door. It's Daniel. He said to go back to my house and he'll be there in a half hour.
