•an hour later•
I decided to get changed into [above] and black trainers/boots/[your choice]. I put my hair up into a high pony tail and waited for Tyler.

We're outside, is the door unlocked??

Yeah.

Okay.
A few minutes later Tyler and Josh walked into my room and hugged me. I giggled as we all pulled away.
"Is it this stuff?" Josh asked, waving his hand in the direction of my packed bags.
I hummed in response and smiled slightly.
"Okay, we'll take it to Ty's car, you finish anything you need to do here and meet us in the car." Josh smiled.
Tyler nodded and both boys grabbed my bags. I sighed and picked up one last thing, a picture of me and Ryan when we were kids. I knew at some point I'll be coming back here, but for now I want the picture to be with me. I heard the boys close the car doors. I searched around my room for paper and a pen to write a note, so Ryan wouldn't worry about me so much.

I'm sorry, I have to leave for a few days or so. Um, there's two main reasons but that doesn't matter right now. I just need some time to myself, I know you'll understand.
Just know that I'm safe and I'm okay. I'm staying with a friend. If you need me call me or text me, I love you.
Stay safe and out of trouble at home, be careful.

I found some sticky tape and taped the note to my bedroom door before closing it. I ran down the stairs and out the door, locking it behind me and walked to Tyler's car. I opened the door to the back seat and sat down.
"Ready?" Tyler turned to look at me.
"Yeah." I smiled.
And then we were on our way to Tyler's house. I knew that as soon as Ryan reads the note he'll call me to make sure everything is okay, and he'll most likely ask me why I left. But for now, I'm with two of my best friends and I already feel better.
