Tonight was Smackdown. Hunter and Stephanie wanted to see us so that we could go over what would happen tonight.

"Okay, so here's how it will go. Annaleigh, you have a match against Layla. I've talked with the Wyatt's to make sure no serious harm is to be done to you. The Wyatt's will appear on the screen and give their promo. While they're doing that, I want you guys to come into the ring and issue a challenge to them. Then I'll come out and make a 6-man tag team match for you guys for the main event. Sound good?" Hunter asked.
We all looked at each other and nodded.
"Then it's settled." Hunter stated.
We left the office to get ready for tonight.

I walked into our secret hide out and heard a woman's laughter. I noticed Galina on the couch with Roman and their daughter Joelle. Roman and Galina were giving each other Eskimo kisses. Disgusting.
"Get a room you two." I said annoyed.
"Uncle Jon!!" Joelle yelled as she ran for me.
"Hey kiddo." I'm not much for kids. I've never visioned myself as father material. I'm not even sure if I ever want kids, but for some reason kids are drawn to me. But I have taken a liking to Joe's daughter. She's the sweetest.
"Oh come on man! Don't be jealous." Roman teased.
"I'm not. I just don't want to walk in on a lovey-dovey make out session."
"You know, if you had a special girl of your own Jon, I'm sure you would feel much differently." Galina said sweetly.
"No thank you. I'm fine on my own."
"Galina's right. It'd be good for you to have someone. Maybe you wouldn't be so angry all the time." Roman said laughing. Galina slapped him on the arm and gave him a stern look.
"I'm just kidding man. But seriously. Go out! Take a couple girls out and see where things go. You can't seriously want to go through life alone." Roman advised.
"What? Like ring rats? Girls who only like you because you're a wrestler? Yea... been there. Done that. Not impressed." I said. None of the Divas in WWE peaked my interest. Well, maybe one.
"Not all of them are like that bro. What about the new girl? Annaleigh? She's cute! And she seems pretty grounded." Roman suggested. Why'd he always have to read my exact thoughts? Galina looked at me and smiled.
"A new girl?! She's caught your attention? Is she pretty?" She was getting excited now.
"No she's just a new girl that I ran into a couple of times and talked to once. Now these two want to plan a wedding and make it out to be something more." Here we go.
"Don't let him fool you babe. He's interested in her. Whether he's in denial or he hasn't figured it out yet, she's got him interested. And yes she is really pretty!" Roman smiled as if he won some prize.
"Glad to know you guys are so concerned with my love life." I barked. I seriously don't understand why they are making a big deal out of this. I'm not boyfriend material!
"Look, we just want you to be happy Jon. Yea you sit there and say you're happy and all, but that doesn't mean you can't try to find someone. I also see you looking at Galina and I, and Seth and Leighla, and wanting what we have. I see it everytime. We just feel like you deserve more than this. You need more than what WWE can offer." Roman said solemnly.
He had a point. Being with someone could be what I needed. I've just never saw it happening for me. I mean I don't have the best upbringing or the best history with women. I can't give a woman the extravagant lifestyle that most of them want, but it would be nice to have someone to come home to... to call mine. I mean Roman had Galina and Joelle and Seth had Leighla. Maybe I would like the change of pace.
***Annaleigh's P.O.V***
I was in the process of putting on my boots when I noticed a shadow hovering over me. I turned to see A.J.
"Hey!" She said smiling.
"Hey." I said. Curious as to why she was being so nice.
"Hey I never got a chance to tell you last week that you did a really good job! For someone brand new to come out and present themselves the way you did is amazing! It was almost like you were a veteran. Like you have been here for years. And the reaction from the fans...you have something! And I'm looking forward to seeing what that is." She said with sincerity.
"Wow! Thank you A.J! That means alot to me!" It did! I wanted to make a good impression and knowing that I achieved that felt great.
"You're welcome! I don't say that about alot of Divas. Mainly because they lack quality and skill, but I can tell you will go far! I'm April." She said introducing herself.
"Annaleigh." I said shaking her hand.
"Wow! That's pretty! And different. Well, I just wanted to wish you good luck tonight." She smiled.
"Thanks! You too!" And with that she skipped off.
The match between Layla and I was running smoothly. I've had the upper hand from the start. I threw Layla into the ropes and positioned myself to pick her up and throw her in the air, but I positioned wrong and when she ran toward me her knee connected with my forehead. I fell to the mat dizzy and she moved in for the pin.
"1...2...3!" The bell rang and Layla's music began to play. Normally I hate to lose and I'd retaliate, but the room was spinning. The ref walked over and asked if I was okay.
"Do I need to send the medical staff over here?" He asked.
"No, no. I'm alright. Just have to regain focus."
"You sure?"
Just as I was about to speak, the lights go out and an eerie laugh filled the arena.
"Look at you lying defeated. You hate losing. I feel it. It's burning your insides. We've been waiting for you Annaleigh. Sister Abigail has told us much about you! She said that you're different. That your... your sins are much deeper and more darker than the others. That you feed off the power that they give you. Your sins... your sins are seeping through sweetheart. You're trying to run but you can't! The evil is within you! You're consumed in all that is evil and wrong. You're a powerful one Annaleigh... but you must be stopped. Be prepared sweet, sweet, Annaleigh... we're here!"
A light appeared by the stage and seemed to be moving closer. I look around and see several of the same lights beaming in the crowd. The lights come on and I see Bray on the ramp in his rocking chair. Luke and Rowan were standing by the ropes. By this time I was standing in the middle of the ring mentally preparing for the fight was about to happen. Luke and Rowan then made their way into the ring and made their way to me. Then all hell breaks loose when the boys make their way into the ring. Chaos broke out and a fight ensued. Soon the Wyatt's retreated and fighting words were exchanged.
The show ended with us standing in the ring trying to provoke the Wyatt's to bring the fight to us. After the show we went home and packed for the next 4 weeks. Tomorrow we leave for North Dakota.
