So stupid

Billies pov

I cant believe I was so stupid as to think she wanted to kiss someone like me. I hope she didnt notice that though because I completely regret that decision, I made such a fucking fool out of myself.

It is now 4pm on a Friday and I'm currently laying like a starfish on my large bed, contemplating my life choices. I could text her and apologise but then she would know that something is up, and she would also know that I did infact try to kiss her.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit", I groaned whilst hitting my forehead with my hands.

"What's up?", I heard a chuckle from my door and looked up to see Finneas leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, probably judging me.

"Ughhhhh I messed up dude", I complained, "I tried to kiss her, and she swerved me!"

Finneas's face instantly fell and he closed the door behind him and went to sit on the edge of my bed.

"Shit, that's bad", is all he managed to say while scratching the back of his head.

"And the worst thing is, I dont even know if she noticed! She just made up an excuse that she had to go somewhere. I fucking hope she didn't think I was gonna kiss her, that shit is embarassing as hell", I continued to whine whilst hitting my bed every now and then with my fists.

"Why dont you text her? Invite her over or something", he suggested.

"And what am I gonna do? Try to fucking kiss her again? We both know that didnt work the first time"

"No, just hang out. Show her some of your stuff, talk, you know?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed into my pillow while Finneas chuckled and got up and left my room.

If anyone is wondering, no I did not take Autumns phone whilst she was asleep to get her number. I asked Rose and gave her some bullshit excuse that I needed to text her to get some help on homework.

I lay there for what felt like an hour contemplating whether I should invite her over to hang out or not. However after arguing with myself for God knows how long, I finally grew some balls and texted her.

Me: yo its Billie, wanna hang at my place in a bit?

Autumnnn 💛: Hey how did you get my number?

Me: I asked Rose, hope that's cool.

Autumnnn 💛: Yeah totally fine dont worry. And to answer your previous question, I'll be happy to come over :)

Me: Do you want me to pick you up?

Autumnnn 💛: no dont worry, I'll be there in 15.

Me: 👌

Well that went alot better than expected.

"So I take it that she's coming, considering your dumb face", Finneas said, startling me.

"Bro how long was you standing there?", I glared.

"Long enough", he laughed.

"What the fuck are we even supposed to do? After all, it was your idea"

"I dont know, we can figure that out when she comes", he said walking out.

I huffed and dropped backwards onto my large pillow. I hope everything goes well...
