Autumns pov

"Shit then this some nice place", Billie said from beside me as all three of us entered the house. There were people dancing and drinking in every room including the gorgeous pool area where most of the people were gathered in swim wear.

"You came!!!!", James yelled over the music and gave each of us a hug.

"Wouldn't miss it for anything", I said with a smile as he kept his arm around my shoulder.

James then took us to the kitchen where we each got ourselves a drink and just talked about random stuff.

"Yo James can you come for a sec?", another guy asked from around the corner of the kitchen.

"I'll be back, dont go anywhere!", he said as he walked away and winked, mostly at me. Maybe Rose was right, maybe this dude does have something towards me. He's cute and all, but my mind is kinda occupied right now....

"Ooooo I see Sebastian! I'll be back in a second", Rose said eagerly as she left Billie and I standing alone in the kitchen. It was getting a little awkward so I decided to speak up.

"So hows your music going? Do you have anything new being released anytime soon?", I questioned.

"Well I've just finished writing a new song, and it's due to be released soon so yeah", she said shrugging like it's no big deal.

"Dude that's awesome! Can I know what it's called or is that too much to ask for?", I smiled and nudged her playfully. She seemed to think about my request for a second before replying.

"Ok it might sound weird without context, but it's called 'wish you were gay', dont tell anyone though", she laughed nervously and I suddenly remembered the night where I heard her singing some lyrics that matched up with that title.

"When will I get to know what it's about?", I grinned, wanting to know more.

"Well...its about someone...obviously...that's kinda dear to my heart, but they dont really know... and-", she got cut off by James walking back into the kitchen.

"Hey Autumn can I talk to you about something quick?", he asked.

"Well Billie was just telling me some-"

"No no it's ok we can talk later, go on", she smiled and I visibly hesitated but mouthed a quick "thanks" to her before walking off with James.

He led me over to a quieter corner of the house and rubbed the back of his head before speaking.

"I know this might sound weird, and I get it if you react a certain way, but...I think I like you Autumn", he said shyly and my mind automatically went to Billie.

"What? Why?", I questioned, clearly confused as to why such a good guy would like me.

"I dont know theres just something about you", he continued, smiling.

"Uh...I dont know what to say...umm...", I stuttered.

"There's someone else isnt there?" He raised his eyebrow and I instantly felt myself turning red with embarrassment. This amazing guy just confessed his love to me but I dont feel the same way about him.

I nodded slowly before he let out a huge sigh of relief and I stood there, confused.

"Thank God", he said, "I'm so sorry Autumn, I got blackmailed into telling you I liked you"

"Why?", I asked and he looked around before leaning in and whispering into my ear.

"I'm gay", he whispered, "my friends threatened to tell everyone if I didnt go and tell you I liked you"
