what are you doing here?

Autumns pov

"Please promise me youll stay in contact every single day", I almost whined giving Billie my best puppy eyes. She just chuckled and kept stroking my hair as I played my head down on her lap.

I was currently in her bedroom wanting to spend every last second with her until she left for tour the next day.

"What time is the flight?" I asked.

"Well we have to leave the house about 2am and catch the flight around 4am", she paused for a second, "and I think the flight is around 4 hours I'm not sure"

I gave her a small smile while laying back down and stroking her leg with my left hand. God I was going go miss her so much. She was like the only person I ever felt like I had a true connection with and that's why I didn't want it to end so soon. I didnt want to risk losing her, and I didnt want to risk falling out of love. Oh shit, am I in love with her?

"What are you thinking about?", she asked me and I tried to cover the huge grin on my face.

"Just how amazing you are"

"Tell me something I dont know", she chuckled and I laughed at her.

"Hey it's already 8pm I should get going home so you can get rest before the flight", I told her.

"But I want to spend more time with you", she whined.

"I do too, but you need sleep, and you're looking kinda tired", I smiled while cupping her cheeks and she let out an audible groan.

"But we didnt even get to fuck", she crossed her arms over her chest and scrunched her eyebrows together making her look angry but cute.

"I cannot believe you just said that", I laughed, "we will have plenty of time for that after"

"God I'm gonna be so sex deprived", she swung her arms down onto the bed and we both ended up laughing, "come on babe let's get you home"

So after that I just gathered all of my things and Billie asked for a ride from Finneas which he gladly agreed to. We sat in the back in a comfortable silence, just cherishing out last moments together before we would be separated for a month and a half. I know it's not that long but I've got separation issues and love to get all the attention I can get, so this is a big thing for me since we haven't even known each other that long.

Once Billie had walked me to my front door, she swung me around and smoothly connected our lips in a sweet yet passionate kiss. It was one of those "I'm gonna miss you" kisses which make you cry as soon as the other person leaves, but I promised myself I wasnt going to be weak.

"I'll be back before you know it", she said cupping my face and I just smiled while looking into her eyes.

We then embraced each other in one last tight hug before she finally let me go. I quickly waved to Finneas and then walked through my front door, never taking my eyes off Billie until I closed the door. As soon as I walked up the stairs and into my room, tears began pouring out of my eyes and I started to sob out of nowhere. God I was getting too soft for my linking.

Billies pov 

"Are you guys sure we have everything?", I asked looking around at my family and my manager as they all nodded one by one.

"We should start heading towards the gates", Finneas said checking the time on his wrist watch which read 3:40am.

As we all grabbed our bags and were about to head in the direction of our plane, there was a faint pattering noise coming from behind us, which I chose to ignore and continued walking.

"Billie!", someone yelled and as i turned around they instantly collided with my body, throwing me off balance and causing me to land on the floor. The frown on my face instantly disappeared as soon as I saw Autumns beautiful smile.

"Oh my God what are you doing here?", I beamed and she laughed, helping me up off the floor.

"I needed to see you one last time"

"Well you didnt need to fucking tackle me in the process", I laughed and hugged her tightly.

"Billie we need to go", my manager called.

"Babygirl I have to go, but I promise you I will text you as soon as I land...I'm gonna miss you so much", I said while cupping her face.

"I'll miss you too", she said while smiling and I couldn't help but see the sadness that was behind her eyes.

I placed one last tender kiss on her soft lips and gave her the biggest hug she could possibly handle. She then quickly said her byes to the rest of my family and we parted ways, which was extremely difficult may I add. I think she made it 10x more difficult for me by actually coming to the airport and making me see her beautiful face again.

"Dont worry Bil, you'll be back in no time", Finneas nudged me as we boarded first class and took our seats. I wanted to believe him, but I just felt like this would be the longest one and a half months of my life. Rather than getting worked up over everything, I decided it was best that I took a nap to calm my nerves and also help the time go by faster.

Autumns pov

She hasn't called or texted me for over 6 hours. The flight was supposed to last 4, at least that's what she told me. I was beginning to grow more and more anxious each second. I couldn't reach her phone and my messages weren't going through. What if something happened to her? What if she was hurt or something?

Just then I felt my heart skip a beat as I saw Billies caller ID displayed across my screen and I didnt hesitate to pick up the call.

"Where the hell have you been you said the flight was 4 hours and I haven't heard anything from you, you fucking scared me do you know how worried I was?", I yelled through the phone and instantly heard a deep chuckle coming from the other end.

"I'm sorry I thought the flight was shorter, and then my phone died so I had to charge it when we got into our hotel room", she giggled and I sighed with relief.

"If you ever do that again I swear to God I'll...umm...uh-"

"Fuck me? Sure that could work out", she laughed and I groaned at her annoying ass.

"Whatever", I chuckled, "you must be exhausted, why don't you go and get some rest?", I suggested.

"Well...I guess I could do with a nap. But I'll text you when I'm free, okay?"

"Sure", I giggled and we both said our goodbyes before hanging up the phone.

God I miss her so much already.
