Autumns pov

"Thank you so much for walking me home", I said giving Billie a quick friendly hug.

"Anytime babe", she smiled and my heart fluttered at the cute nickname.

"Do you wanna come inside? We could order pizza or something", I asked, hoping I could spend a little more time with her since I was busy dealing with all the boys at the party most of the time.

"Sure sounds fun", she grinned, making her way to my front door.

When I opened the door I noticed the house was fairly quiet and completely dark. I turned on the light in the kitchen after letting Billie in and noticed a small note laying on the kitchen counter.

Staying at a friends tonight, I'll be back tomorrow morning - Aiden

"Looks like we have the house to ourselves", Billie said softly, a seductive smirk playing on her face. I couldn't tell if she was just playing about or if that was actually lust I could see in her eyes, but I decided to just ignore it as to not make the situation awkward.

"Vegan, right?", I asked and she nodded as I held the phone up to my ear and ordered us a vegan pizza. I still eat meat sometimes because it's how I was brought up as a child so it's kind of a habit, but I try be vegetarian as often as I can since its healthier and because my brother is also transitioning into a vegetarian, so there isnt much meat in the house anyways.

"Pizza will be here in about 20 minutes", I said to Billie and she quickly snapped out of her thoughts.

"Oh...uh...yeah, cool", she said looking away. I think she was staring at me, but I dont really know.

"Can I ask you something?", she looked me in the eyes.

"sure, what is it?", i asked.

"Do you and your brother live here alone?", she questioned and my mind instantly went to my parents, tears slightly filling my eyes, "Hey I'm sorry, please dont cry you dont have to answer", she said quickly coming to my side and embracing me in a big hug.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and buried my face in the crook of her neck while she rubbed my back and held the back of my head close to her. It felt so nice and warm that I instantly calmed down. I never wanted this moment to end, but sadly it did.

She moved back slightly and cupped both of my cheeks with her hands while intently observing my face. She then caressed my cheeks with her thumbs while smiling sweetly which made my heart melt into a little puddle.

I didnt realise it at first but we were moving closer and closer each second, our lips just inches apart. Her gaze travelled between my eyes and my lips and I caught her slightly biting her bottom lip which made her look sexy as hell. Our noses touched and I could feel her hot breath fanning my lips, the gap almost clos-

Knock knock knock

The sound of the door made us jerk apart, snapping us out of whatever trance we were in.

"I better get that", I said walking away slowly but she didnt say anything, her eyes just trailed up and down my body which made me feel hot and bothered.

The person at the door was the pizza delivery guy with the amazing smelling pizza that I ordered around 20 minutes ago. I took it happily and paid the guy before closing the door and heading back into the kitchen to sit beside Billie.

The tension in the air was way too thick so I decided to put some funny videos on my phone and place it infront of us. After about two minutes of eating and watching the video, we both began cracking up and almost choking on our pizza, forgetting everything that happened before.
