Chapter 6: Wait For It...

-Few Days Later-

I stirred slightly in my sleep as I hear a soft, sweet voice coming into sound.

"Sweetie, wake up, Geoff's gonna be leaving soon and he wants you to go to work with him." Griffon softly spoke. "Wake up sweetie."

I usually don't go to work with him, I usually come in around lunch or after two.

I mumbled and sighed. "Mm... what time is it?" I asked.

"It's almost six, He leaves around six-thirty or six-forty-five."

I slowly sat up and smiled sleepily at Griffon. "Mmk, thank you..."

Griffon held up a shirt and shorts. "Here are some clean clothes." She smiled and tossed them on the bed and left the room.

I sighed, I could just wear what I was wearing yesterday... I got up and grabbed the clothes, I headed for the bathroom and got dressed. I washed my face and put my hair up.

I walked out and made the bed and then headed downstairs. I walked into the kitchen and saw everyone eating at the table. "Morning!" Nicole smiled.

"Morning..." I mumbled and silently sat down between Geoff and Nicole.

"Hungry?" Griffon said getting up and making another plate of food. I nodded and smiled softly. She came back and handed me the plate.

"Thanks." I smiled and started eating.

"So! We are gonna be showing you a lot of stuff today..." Geoff paused, taking another bite of his eggs. "It may look and seem like a lot but once you get used to it, it's really nothing. I would also like to see how you are on camera, we are gonna put you in a 'Things to do in' with us and see how you react." Geoff looked up at me.

"Wait, you're gonna put me in one of your lets plays?" I asked. "I could totally f-" I paused, remembering little ears. "...Screw it up!"

"Technically, yes in a lets play, But it's a super short video and if it doesn't work out we will just re-shoot it." He shrugged. "You'll be fine..." He smiled at me.

-At The Office-

Geoff and I walked in the office, Ray turned around and gave a warm smile. "Aye! Look who's here." He stood up and hugged me. I smiled and hugged back.

"Watch this... Jack is gonna come in, instantly go for this," Geoff held up a cupcake. "And not say hi to us until it's gone." He placed the cupcake on Jack's desk.

I nod and sat at the desk next to Geoff's desk. I don't remember who's desk this was... I spun in the chair once and smiled. Geoff sat down and booted his computer up and the rest of his equipment.

Jack walked in and went to his desk, a quiet 'ooo' came out of his mouth as he picked up the cupcake and took a bite. I watched closely and giggled as he finished it in no time.

"Hey guys!" He smiled.

"What did I tell you!?" Geoff's voice cracked as he laughed. "I knew it!"

"What!?" Jack asked, throwing his hands up. "Oh, dammit. I did it again didn't I? Fuck..." He muttered as Geoff cracked up more.

"I was- I was just showing Hannah how you are around food!" Geoff giggled. Jack rolled his eyes as Michael and Gavin walked in.

"Gavin! I said leave me alone about it!" The red head groaned.

"But Micool! We need to have another bev and swimmies day! Come on Micool, please!" Gavin begged, bouncing around the man.

"Alright! Fine! We will have bevs and swimmies this weekend. Geoff, Jack, Ray. You guys up for it?" Michael asked.

"Sure bud, I don't have anything going on this weekend." Geoff smiled. Jack just mumbled something like he's busy with his wife.

"What about Hannah!?" Ray shouted.

"Oh Yea! Sorry Hannah, do you want to come too?" Michael asked, smiling. I shrugged.

"Nicole's coming too. Might as well." Geoff said.

I nodded and smiled. "Fine."

"Alright boys, start getting your shit together. We have a things to do to record, Hannah's gonna be a guest." Geoff smiled at me and turned in his seat to face his computer.

-Around Lunch-

"Ok, I'ma go get us lunch. Are you sure you don't want to go anywhere?" Geoff asked.

I nodded. "I'm sure. I really want to stay here for a bit."

"You are welcome to do whatever you like." Geoff smiled. "I'll be back soon, Hannah."

"Bye." I waved. Now that everyone is out to lunch, I have an opportunity to get a better understand of what my Dad does. The editing process, the preparation that goes into a Let's Play...

"You're still here?" A voice breaks the silence, causing me to jump.

I turn around to find Ryan standing in the doorway. "Do you enjoy sneaking up on girls?"

"Not just anyone. Just you." He smirked.

I must admit, he's very attractive....

"So what are you still doing here?" Ryan asked, walking into the office. "No lunch with Geoff?"

"He's going to bring me something back. He knows what I like by now."

He walks closer, almost standing over me. "That's cute." He chuckled.

Cute? "What?" I asked.

"You have been here only a few days and you're already a Daddy's girl," Ryan raised a eye brow. "Is Geoff going to get mad that you're alone with me?"

I shrugged. "Why would he be? I'm an adult." What's he trying to say?

"I hope Geoff doesn't mind if I try taking his little girl away from him." Ryan is towering over me.

I tilt my head. "huh?"

"I gotta have you, but if I can't have you, then no one else can, and I'll... make sure of that..." Ryan whispered, his lips barely touching my ear.

I squeezed my eyes shut, expecting to feel a kiss. Instead, I feel Ryan backing away. I look up at him. He smirks.

"Of course, I'm going to make you wait for it."
