Chapter 7: Which do you Prefer?

I've been wracking my brain, trying to figure out what Ryan meant. I don't really want to ask Geoff about it... I sighed as someone snaps their fingers at me.

I jump and look up. "Hannah! You've been out of it all last night and all morning! It's now noon!" Ash whimpers. "I leave in two hours!"

I smile weakly at her. "I'm sorry baby girl, just have something on my mind. Don't worry about it though."

Ash frowns at me. "I always worry about my baby sister!" She whimpers. "I'm gonna miss you like a bitch! I wish I didn't have to go... But I'll be back... Hopefully..."

I raise my hand, "Stop. Keep this positive. You will be back. You. Will. Be. Back." I glare at her. "Say with with me. 'I' ..."

"I will be back, yea yea shut up." She smiles at me. "So what's on your mind?"

I shake my head. "Don't worry about it..." I rub my face and stand up. "Wanna play GTAV?" I ask, we were at Geoff's watching Nicole while Griffon and Geoff are working. Griffon should be back around the time Ash leaves.

"No, I want to know what the fuck is the matter with you. Apparently this is bothering you enough to space out in thought." She plops down where I was sitting.

I ignore her and put in GTA, then sat beside her. I signed out Ash's account and signed into mine.

"Hannah! I'm talking to you!"

I turn to look a her. "I dun want to talk about it!" I growl.

"We're talking about it..." She demands.

I sigh and put my controller down. "Listen, Ash. If something was really really bothering me you would know about it ok?"

She nods and sighs. "Fine. But I will find out sooner or later." I roll my eyes and giggle, handing her my controller.

"Don't fuck up my Chrome Zentorno ok?" I warn, "Geoff was being a bully last night and kept blowing my car up. But he was paying for it so..." I shrug.

The first thing Ash does is go off a ramp and into the lake.

"Fuck you Ash." I sigh. She giggles and calls it back in.

-At the Airport-

I whimper as Ash puts her suitcase on the conveyor belt. "This is where we part..." She smiles weakly at me.

I wrap my arms around her, "This is the first time in years we have parted for a while..." I whimper more. "I love you, you better text me whenever you can..."

"I will sissy, I love you." She hugs me tightly. "Thanks Geoff for letting me stay at your house until I left." She smiles softly.

Geoff nods and hugs Ashlynn. "No problem, anytime. You're coming back right?" She nods, "Then you are more than welcome to stay with us until your hearts desire." He smiles.

"Next, ma'am." A guard said.

Ash sighs and hugs me again. "I love you. I'll text you when I land..."

I nod and we part ways. I watch her disappear with her suit case and around the corner.

Geoff wraps his arm around me and sighs, "Don't worry, she'll come back in no time." He smiles softly. I nod and we leave the airport and head back to his work.

During the car ride I turn down the music slightly and sigh, "Geoff?" I look over at him.

"Yea?"

I look to my right, out the window watching cars go by us and trees blowing in the wind. "Do you prefer me to call you by your name or dad?... I mean... I don't know what would be more comfortable for you... And me..." I say, rolling my window down.
