Dad and I were a little late to work, he burnt our breakfast so he had to make a new batch of pancakes. We made it to his work a little after seven. We walk in the office and Jack was in, but no one else, yet. I sigh and plop myself in Ryan's chair and watch Dad boot up his computer. I swivel back and forth, eventually spinning in a circle.

I stop to stand up, quickly regretting the last twenty minutes of spinning in a circle. I go to take a step and stumble forward. I get ready to face plant the ground when I am suddenly in someone's arms. I look up to see who my Savior was, I smile softly and blush as Ryan looks down at me.

"Well, Hello there." Ryan smiles, his arms wrapped securely around my waist. His grip tightens, pulling me closer. I start to melt in his touch when I hear footsteps, I peer over Ryan's shoulder and I see Dad walking in. He's frowning at his papers in his hand, his coffee mug in the other.

I quickly scramble out of Ryan's hold and gave him a quick apologetic look and sat down on the couch. Ryan looks at me and then Dad, I see it click in his mind. He gives me a solid nod and goes about his business.

"Hey, Hannah?" I look up and meet my Dad's eyes. "Would you mind going out to the car and getting my booklet?" He asks, taking a sip of his coffee after. I point to the papers in his hand, "This isn't it, Burnie handed me this and told me to read it, it's some email thing from some asshole trying to contact us about some stupid thing.."

I giggle slightly and nod, "Alright," Dad fishes the keys out of his pocket and tosses them to me. "It would be either on the dashboard or under my seat." He smiles at me. I smile back and nod once again, I jog out of the office and building, I unlock the car as I approach it. I open the driver side and looked under the seat, I hum happily as I grab the booklet and slam the door shut by accident. "Oops..." I mumble and shrug, locking the car.

I head back to the office, shuffling my feet as I walk up to Dad and tap his shoulder. He turns around and I hold out the booklet. "Thank you princess." He smiles and kisses my cheek.

"Welcome!" I smile, I hand him his keys and grabbed the iPad that was on Ryan's desk. I turn it on and there's a lock on it, I sigh and walk up to Ryan. "Hey, This thing is coded, Mind unlocking it?" I can feel my Dad glaring at Ryan through me.

Ryan smiles and takes the iPad, tapping on it for a few seconds then handing it back to me. He pulls me down with one hand and barely touches his lips to my ear, just like he did the first time he approached me... "The password is hannahsman55, no spaces, no capitals. Oh, and by the way, you look..." He paused. "Completely astonishing today.." He breathes, his warm breath sending a chill down my spine.

I blush as he let go of my wrist, he winks at me and smiles. I pull away and wave the iPad slightly, "Th-Thanks..." I tried playing it off. I turn around and Dad is glancing at us. I can tell he's pissed I was near Ryan, but it looks like he didn't hear what Ryan said, or even saw that he was that close to me.

I walk away biting my lip, I plop down on the couch and by the time I got my head to clear, the iPad had turned off. Time to see if that's really the password... I type it in and sure enough, it was. I blush and glace up at Ryan, he has his headphones on and facing his monitor.

-Lunch!-

Ray walks up to me and smiles, adjusting his glasses up on his nose. "Hey, wanna go catch a bite?"

I smile, "Sure, But I don't drive.. We would have to have Dad or Michael or someone that does takes us somewhere." I shrug simply.

Ray chuckles, "I don't either, Let's just grab something in the break room. Saves us on time and Money."

I giggle and nod, I feel a pair of eyes on me. I glance in the office before I follow Ray, Ryan is staring right at us. I smile and wave at him, then continue to follow Ray.
