*Short Chapter* I was having some major writers block.
Sydney's POV
He said he liked me. What do I do now?
"I really like hanging out with you," I told him.
"Yeah, me too. I'm sorry about Ben and Keith. They were a little pushy."
I laughed. I went and got some grapes from downstairs and we tried to throw them in each others mouths. After a while Hayes just started throwing them at my face. I was trying to shield myself, but he kept doing it until we were out of grapes. We went outside and played some lacrosse. Skylynn came over and told Hayes it was getting late and Elizabeth wanted him home.
I needed to get to know Hayes before anything got too serious. My phone started to ring, I was getting a FaceTime from Hayes.
I answered, "Didn't I just see you."
"Not virtually haha."
We talked for hours about everything, my old school, what his school is like, people I knew, people he knows. I have the whole summer then I start eighth grade with Hayes at Davidson Day. I have ALL summer. And I'm ready for it.
